I consider myself fortunate to have Four Seasons as my neighborhood dispensary. Their selection of both flower and concentrates is extensive. The prices are the lowest I have seen for dispensaries in this area, especially if you look for their special deals. But the biggest positive is the customer service. Everyone I've encountered there has been very friendly and extremely helpful. And the online ordering system makes shopping quick and easy.

What can I say about this place???This is my Cheers and I hope to become their Norm!! Just waiting for my bar stool! The staff is amazing and kind to people (like me) that have no clue what We asking for, but always find just what I need. They take their time with every customer, are always super polite, and don’t mind dumb questions. However!! They are very knowledgeable and make suggestions, even if they loose money! So many times I ask for “X” but they show me “Y” and I walkout with something amazing while saving money in the deal. NO HARD PRESSURE SALES HERE!!!The place itself is charming with so much to look at and ask about (not just the inventory, which is full, but the amount of knickknacks is amazing). They have really put a lot of thought in creating a unique space for people to come and enjoy. Nothing pretentious or overwhelming here!!You can tell the owners take time in finding the best staff and all working there love what they do and how much they help people, even their amazing dog!! (So please Drive in slow as doggy may be out and about to say hello as you walk in!) I’m only a customer, but they make me feel welcomed and it never feels fake or lacking in honesty. The products are good and priced reasonably, no matter if it’s payday or at the end of the month when things get tight, it’s all good. I can not say enough about this little gem of a place. I hope you all give it a try and tell them Norm sent you. :)

DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!!The best dispensary in this area hands down! Their team is always extremely helpful and takes their time to help me find the right strains or products for my pain. Online ordering was easy and they always have it ready when we get there. Thanks for being the best guys!!!! :)

My vet recommended this place: he wanted my dog to have some CBD oil to help with his restlessness and anxiety after he'd had a small stroke. Wonderful place and staff! Very homey. All the staff were very knowledgeable about the right type of product for my dog. They knew proper dosing and taught me how to measure it correctly. They were even concerned that I get the product that was most cost effective. WOW, I like these folks and I like this store! I would drive out of my way to utilize this dispensary.

Did not have what I was looking for, they do not carry pure CBD oil. Only have one type of editable with 2.5mg of CBD per serving. Though the people working there were very nice and very helpful!! And they also suggested other places that may have what I'm looking for. Would recommend them based on customer care. Though I have no idea if items are priced fairly.

Terrible customer service, I won’t be returning to this shop. I came in to the front office where there was no one to be found, so I got my cash out and waited about 5 minutes with no service. I rang the large cowbell and got no response from the Budroom although I could hear a woman talking to a customer. I waited a couple minutes and rang it again, then repeated. I stepped over to the metal door and said “Hello” with no response so I said “Hello” again a bit louder. At this time I was there over 15 minutes without even being greeted by anyone or let back. Upon calling out louder came a response in an irritated and rude tone “I’m with a customer, I’ll be right with you!”. Not that it should matter but I am also an OMMP card holder. I left and decided not return. Is it too match to ask that I am at least allowed back to look around while you wait on your current customer?? It seems to be easy enough for other dispensaries. Then my husband came in and was the customer she was focused on and watched her treat another customer similarly as she did me that day at which point he decided this was not the shop for him either. I suggest a serious look at your customer service practices.
