Feedback:

Terrible customer service, I won’t be returning to this shop. I came in to the front office where there was no one to be found, so I got my cash out and waited about 5 minutes with no service. I rang the large cowbell and got no response from the Budroom although I could hear a woman talking to a customer. I waited a couple minutes and rang it again, then repeated. I stepped over to the metal door and said “Hello” with no response so I said “Hello” again a bit louder. At this time I was there over 15 minutes without even being greeted by anyone or let back. Upon calling out louder came a response in an irritated and rude tone “I’m with a customer, I’ll be right with you!”. Not that it should matter but I am also an OMMP card holder. I left and decided not return. Is it too match to ask that I am at least allowed back to look around while you wait on your current customer?? It seems to be easy enough for other dispensaries. Then my husband came in and was the customer she was focused on and watched her treat another customer similarly as she did me that day at which point he decided this was not the shop for him either. I suggest a serious look at your customer service practices.
