The company refuses to issue a full refund to my original payment method. I have contacted the company Store Manager and The Regional Manager about the request for a full refund because I have not had access to use services because of the temporary store closure as a non-essential business due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The store closure is indefinite and the unavailability of services that have already been paid for is a personal financial concern. Both managers have refused my request for a full refund to my original payment method stating that my request extends outside of the 30 day refund policy. However, I know that they have already made exceptions to this policy and fully refunded other customers that I know personally! The regional manager stated that due to the pandemic they are not even supposed to go into the store, however I know from another customer that they have gone into the store specifically to process that customer's refund (outside of their 30 day refund policy)! The fact that they have fully refunded other customers outside of the refund policy but not myself shows that I am being discriminated against. They are making exceptions for others and not myself. I have expressed to both managers that as a loyal customer of five years, that I would expect the company to do everything possible to help their customers and to consider the COVID-19 pandemic as an extenuating circumstance for a full refund. These are funds that I need during this pandemic to help cover ESSENTIAL costs of food and rent! Their discrimination against myself as a customer is unacceptable!

She is by far the best waxer I've had in the two years I've been coming here and would refer to anyone every time. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes the receptionists aren't all that friendly. Considering they're the first and last people you deal with while here, you'd think they'd be a bit more pleasant, but it's no big deal, I don't come here for them anyway. Lol.

My first time ever coming here. I have always had a bad experience with getting my eyebrows done. I’ve had them plucked badly before and threaded. It has never really worked out for me. But when I came here, everyone was so nice and the place was really cool! I absolutely loved it! My eyebrows have never looked this good!❤️❤️❤️I’m definitely coming back!😁 I strongly recommend Nikky! She clearly showed that she knows what she’s doing and was really kind. She was also very caring and explained what she was going to do before actually waxing, which I find really helpful. Thanks Nikky!!!😄

I've been coming here for years now. Good place to get your waxing needs. Only downside is miscommunication once in a while. For some reason, I've had my appointments canceled 3 times on the day of. They told me they've tried to contact me on those occasions, but I've never received any of those messages. I've received every other messages though, so I'm not quite sure what happened those times.

I've never gone to get a bikini wax because I don't know if it's even acceptable for men to request this service. I decided it's my body and I want to do this for myself. I forgot being male is a problem. So, I was turned away simply for being male. Am I supposed to do it myself and risk hurting my body in the process? I was so upset. I just want to be clean for my girlfriend. I wish you would provide this service for all PEOPLE. This happened today at the stockton location.

Everyone there were rude, After just two months I purchased the package they offer and they knew that I had a package for a year and so they were not nice at all on being flexible with getting an appointment set up for me. So don't purchase their package go base on monthly or they know they got you! I asked for my refund and they kept over $100.00 would not refund all even unused not worth coming here.

Ive been going here for over a year now, Ive seen 4 different waxers (My first waxer left, I saw 2 other waxers while my normal waxer was on maternity leave, and my normal waxer Christina) Christina is the best waxer Ive seen. She truly cares about her work and making sure she does the best she can. She will take her time and pluck every last hair if she has to (It will drive her crazy if you dont leave perfect) So if its gonna be ur first time I recommend you ask for Christina.

DO NOT GO TO DOMINIQUE RUBAICABA!!! SHE IS - BY FAR- THE WORST aesthetician I've come across with in European Wax Center!!!!! EWC- do your business a favor and let this girl go or you will come across more unhappy customers!!! She obviously did NOT get trained well...or this is not her calling.I've been a long customer of European Wax Center, but NEW to the Stockton location. Everything started off nice, but it resulted as a complete nightmare!!! DO NOT GO TO DOMINIQUE RUBAICABA for any waxing need ESPECIALLY your EYEBROWS!!! I was very clear and told her that I only wanted my brows cleaned and NOT thinned out. She did the absolute worst job. Not only did she thinned out my eyebrows, she waxed off the curve of my brows, and to top it all off, both brows are uneven!!!! During the whole process, she was reassuring me that she herself was very particular about shaping eyebrows. She even shared with me and my daughter that she got trained by a EWC employee and that person who trained her did a horrible job fixing her eyebrows!! That should have been a clue for me to get off the bed, but she was already in process and was almost done with my eyebrows!!!!She deserves to be let go from this job as she did a horrible job. She even had the audacity to say "Well? What do you want me to do about it now????" WTH?? All I have to say is thank goodness for their manager Jessica Query. She was nice and tried very hard to fix the situation. I'm onlyl giving it a star because I can't even submit the rating without one.
