Feedback:

I was marginally satisfied with this pharmacy. I am giving 3 stars because most of the people I talked to were kind. I am giving 3 stars because when I called to change my OOP flex spending payment and lower the payment by $88 the amount was never changed. I had called 2 days prior to my account being charged so it wasn't last minute. I was called 2 hours after the pharmacy had tried to charge the original amount and after about 5 hours over 2 days of making phone calls and trying to figure out why the company was not able to get the money off the flex spending account I figured it out when I asked for confirmation of my phone call 2 days prior. I finally ended up having to make the full purchase from my checking account and submitting my receipt to my flex spending company. The medications were on time and the person who helped me figure out what happened was very helpful and assured me that supervisors would be notified about the payment not being changed. However, this should not have ever been an issue.
