I was nervous reading the previous reviews but I had a flawless experience with this company. I called them last night around 4:30 and my meds were at my house by 10 am today. The customer service provided by Sutley was great, so sweet and thorough. Very informative and professional. No delays and I was super nervous about getting my meds on time. I would recommend them to anyone!

My 1st order needed to be a pickup. I arranged the pickup at 2 PM on the phone and was told it would be ready at 6 PM. I arrived at the pharmacy at 6:30 PM and had to wait 45 minutes for my order.My next order was placed on a Friday and I was told it would be delivered on Saturday. No delivery on Saturday and when I called they told me I could not pick up the order until 2 PM on Sunday. They open at 10 AM. This is my only cycle I can do because I need to start chemo. This pharmacy only causes stress and messes up on every order.

The worst fertility med company. They didn’t send syringes for my medication to take. Thankfully I had some left unused from a previous cycle. They were supposed to send the day that I called but never were shipped out. The worst place I have dealt with in getting my meds. BEWARE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I used EncompassRx my first two cycles I definitely recommend them over this company. Never had any issues. My insurance changed that’s why I tried freedom fertility worst mistake ever.

WARNING: What they don’t tell you about ordering meds from them is that if UPS/FedEx fail to deliver the order or deliver refrigerated meds 3+ days late (and are no longer cold), you’ll still be on the hook for paying for the meds. They will take the meds back and provide a return shipping label but will not refund your money. So now you have no (or spoiled) meds, you’re out the money you paid for the meds and have to find a new place to rush (or drive multiple hours) to get the meds you need to continue your cycle. Luckily I paid with Amex so I’ll just dispute and be done with this pharmacy. 0% chance I will use freedom pharmacy again.

I was marginally satisfied with this pharmacy. I am giving 3 stars because most of the people I talked to were kind. I am giving 3 stars because when I called to change my OOP flex spending payment and lower the payment by $88 the amount was never changed. I had called 2 days prior to my account being charged so it wasn't last minute. I was called 2 hours after the pharmacy had tried to charge the original amount and after about 5 hours over 2 days of making phone calls and trying to figure out why the company was not able to get the money off the flex spending account I figured it out when I asked for confirmation of my phone call 2 days prior. I finally ended up having to make the full purchase from my checking account and submitting my receipt to my flex spending company. The medications were on time and the person who helped me figure out what happened was very helpful and assured me that supervisors would be notified about the payment not being changed. However, this should not have ever been an issue.

I did not receive my medication that was supposed to arrive today. At 2pm, I called Freedom Fertility Pharmacy to inquire as to what to do....they found the medication at a pharmacy between 2-3 hours away, and had a courier bring it to me. Every pharmacy makes a mistake occasionally, but they really went above and beyond to make it right. I was able to stay on schedule.

Wish I could give ZERO stars... You all need to make sure you get authorization from customers for every single transaction BEFORE you just charge their card without letting customers know what the price is. Thieves... I spoke to Vickie and Rick. Neither of them told me the total of my order, and they just charged me $610 without my consent!!!!! Rick was extremely rude. He said I was supposed to get a call (about the total price) from the finance team before they charge my card. I never got a call. They just charged $610 without informing me of ANY prices. Terrible. I've had delivery issues as well. You all need to get shut down with all these terrible ratings.

This pharmacy was the only one i could use per my insurance for IVF meds. Every time i called i would receive a different price on my order. Would request a manager to call me and would never get a call back. when i called back there were no notes in the system so there is no way to track the person i spoke to or my concerns. Their system is so outdated in regards to customer service. They were not able to quote me a price unless i submitted the order first and they would have to send the file to the technician. Why are there so many steps. Very stressful experience that cost me over a $1000 extra for my medication. Only good thing is free shipping and they will overnight. Also some of the people were friendly but i really think its the lack of the software that causes bad service.

Awful, completely awful. I would not recommend this place at all and would avoid if possible. They charge the insurance company 4x what they charge you if you pay OOP and if your insurance has a lifetime cap that makes it impossible to use your insurance for medication. They also don't ship when they say they will so recommend giving yourself at least a week for that. My friends have had similar problems with shipping and one had her IVF cycle delayed two weeks because of it.

Great, reliable mail order pharmacy! We've been using Freedom Fertility since 2016 for a few rounds of treatments. Needless to say, our experience with each and every one of the representatives have been pleasant and professional. They understand the urgency of needing our meds at a certain time and they attempt to deliver either early or on time so we don't have to stress out about missing our dosage. They have a great system in place. I would recommend Freedom Fertility to friends and family.
