Wish I could give ZERO stars... You all need to make sure you get authorization from customers for every single transaction BEFORE you just charge their card without letting customers know what the price is. Thieves... I spoke to Vickie and Rick. Neither of them told me the total of my order, and they just charged me $610 without my consent!!!!! Rick was extremely rude. He said I was supposed to get a call (about the total price) from the finance team before they charge my card. I never got a call. They just charged $610 without informing me of ANY prices. Terrible. I've had delivery issues as well. You all need to get shut down with all these terrible ratings.
