I have had FrontPoint for 4+ years. False alarms are non-existent, which is why we changed from our old security system. Quick calls from the center when we trigger the alarm, my son learning to cook. The few times I have called, I get a quick answer and questions answered. I would recommend FrontPoint if you are looking for a reliable security company.

I have been using Frontpoint for approx 5 years. The customer service is excellent. They are very helpful over the phone assisting with equipment set up as well as general questions about your system/service. The system itself functions very well. The sensors seamlessly connect to the Hub (brain) and respond quickly upon opening doors, windows, or whatever you have them attached to. I also use the 24 hour paid monitoring service. My family and I sleep soundly at night knowing our home is being monitored and the police dispatched immediately should the home be breached. Overall, I would recommend Frontpoint for ease of use, overall performance and affordability.

Customer Service is excellent. My fire alarm has triggered several times due to smoky cooking. Frontpoint responded within a minute by phone each time. The post alarm response cannot get much better. Technical support has also been timely and exceptional. I have always been able to get professional technical support quickly and effectively. Any replacement equipment has arrived very quickly after ordering. In general, my experience has been very positive with every aspect of my dealing with Frontpoint. They may be a bit more expensive, but you pay for superior responsiveness and quality support.

If I did not have to sign a three year contract, I would have given them a 4.5! The installation was simple and the equipment is easy to use and also highly effective. I love the flexibility of being able to arm and disarm my system from my keypad and my phone. The doorbell camera is pretty sensitive so I get a lot of alerts from passing cars. I wish the doorbell camera was a little more clearer from a distance. The customer service staff is really nice and professional they are able to walked me through troubleshooting and explain how to fix issues in easy terms. Overall a really great system and I am so happy with it!

Frontpoint wasn't my first choice but I am happy I went with them. The customer service is excellent. I had some issues with the coverage inside my home, a quick call and that was resolved. The response time on alarms is really fast. I received an text and call immediately when an event occurred. The installation I completed myself and activation was very easy. The app on my phone allows me to monitor the premises and activate and and deactivate the alarm and door lock when my family member forgot their key. The door cam works well when I can't open the door. Overall I am happy to be a Frontpoint customer.

I have been a Frontpoint Security customer for years now. Their systems are easy to install, backed up by a top shelf customer service department, and work very well. I liked them so much, I have their systems installed in (2) homes. Never had a problem and if I do have a question their customer service people are a phone call away and bend over backwards to make sure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction. You can customize their systems to suite your exact needs and requirements. Great Company!

Signed up with Frontpoint about three years ago. Installation was simple and the price was great compared to the other companies I looked at. We've never had an issue with the system or monitoring. I did have some trouble with setting up a remote to arm/disarm the system, but their customer support was incredibly helpful. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Their system was not working for the last 6 months and they mentioned they were monitoring my home around the clock. What the heck were they monitoring, the grass growing!! and when I tried to cancel, they forced me to make a payment for the next month. Oh yeah! the rep spoke to their supervisor. Instead of offering me a refund for the 6 months they were NOT monitoring my house, they forced me to pay them 1 month , I was not going to use. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Frontpoint Security system is must have if you are a business owner! The ease of control on or off site using their app is superb. The operators are helpful when we need, and they address the issue immediately. We feel more secure to know that Frontpoint is having our back!
