One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Do not sign up for their services.After realizing I had to pay more money each month to get a keyless entry lock I realized there are much cheaper options elsewhere and called to cancel. They tried to remove the 3 year contract and to keep my monthly rate the same but I still just wanted to get out. They told me I would have my services cancelled once they emailed the return address label.3 days later I turned off the alarm and packed it with the smoke detector in a box with padding and sent it through fed ex. Later that day while I was at work my smoke alarm went off in transit. The fire Dept came 4 times and eventually broke down my door to get in since I did not have my phone with me at work. My door and doorway are now damaged and it will cost thousands to fix.I then contacted front point to inform them that they lied to me since my alarm was not turned off. If it had been then my door would not be damaged. Due to this I asked them for compensation for my damage. They told me I signed a contract stating they are not responsible for any damage. They listened to the phone call from when I cancelled and emailed me stating that I was not told to turn off equipment and that I was told it would be cancelled that day. I am shocked that they will not do anything to help me or take responsibility for their huge mistake. Please please don't use their service they are not worth the extra money at all.
