Feedback:

I signed a 3-year contract in 2018 and it took over a year to fix all of the issues and I felt trapped. You have to be willing to tinker with things, location of the sensors, centralize the location of the hub (e.g. not in your attic) and be willing to stay on hold for long periods of time. Since the issues were resolved, the system has been pretty consistent with only the occasional lose of communication with one of my phone. I don't have any other personal experience with other systems but my neighbors don't give glowing reviews about their systems either so it's probably a toss up. I hope this helps. Good luck!
