I ordered premium upgraded flowers with proteas for a special friend but they weren’t available due to limitations with Covid. I received a call to see if it would be alright to substitute. The gentleman on the phone was great and noted that I wanted more of the rustic look. My friend was so impressed with the beautiful flowers she received for her Birthday. She said it was the most beautiful flower arrangement she’s ever received from anyone. Thank you Flowers by Coley! You delivered and exceeded my expectations!!

Fantastic service and results, as always. Even through an online order, they are super-responsive and actually read notes included in the orders, unlike a lot of competitors. If there's ever an issue or specific request to make, I've always had a super easy time just calling them and talking to someone. They come through time and time again.Oh, and the flowers and arrangements are always full, beautiful, and last for many days.

Poor ownership and customer service.Owner does not pay all of her drivers.They send flower arrangements with dying flowers in the middle and on the bottom of their arrangements.Do not be a temp driver for this location and do not buy flowers from this location.

Do Not work for this location in Clairemont as a delivery driver she won't tell you that she pays you whenever she is good and ready. As a non contracted driver who is being paid cash you should be paid the same day for services. Christie will lie and say she hasn't been paid for the flowers yet....but every delivery has been paid for by credit card and those payments go through immediately.

If you order flowers during the quarantine know that you're doing it to support the florist.I had to pull out the roses that went bad and add sunflowers I got from the grocery store. I was pretty disappointed.

This place is phenomenal! It is so much for than a flower shop. The music, the whole feel of the space is just so calming and Kristy is so sweet!This place is an oasis. They have a great selection of specialty soaps and accessories. There are so many things to choose from. If you are in the area I highly recommend you stopping by and not just for flowers.<3

I love this place! It's much more than a flower shop, as it has cute jewelry, household items, lotions, perfumes, and many more cute trinkets. It's a great place to visit during lunch and relieve stress. The staff are very knowledgeable and nice. Kristy , the owner, recently helped me choose a low maintenance indoor plant for my new apartment and she was absolutely right...it's still alive and growing :)

Kristy at Flowers by Coley helped us secure beautiful flowers for a fund raising event at the Japanese Friendship Garden for Champions for Health, a local non-profit that secures pro bono medical care for uninsured San Diegans, and did so at an unmatched rate. The flowers were fresh, beautiful, and helped lead to an amazing atmosphere. Thanks for your support and we look forward to more arrangements next year!

We looked all over for a florist to meet the needs of my soon to be wife and finally we're recommended to Coley's. So happy we found this jewel and so beyond impressed by the stylings of the young lady who helped us. Kristy was very knowledgeable and showed that she genuinely cared. We will definitely be back and will ask for Kristy because her first class service is priceless.

Spent a significant amount of time going over everything needed for a memorial service, including the colors on every item. On a large spray ($194.00) the colors were random and didn't match the centerpieces as requested. When I called I was told that I was not clear. I mentioned it to my friend that was with me and she was astonished and quite upset that the rep had the gall to say it wasn't made clear. "It couldn't have been clearer". During one call back I asked for a credit and the amount Christi offered was a joke. The total order for this memorial was almost $1000.00. After several calls to have a credit processed I noticed that I was charged AGAIN 13 days later additional money. Then on the same day I received that amount as a credit. I called 15 days later and Christi asked if I received the credit. I did FOR THE AMOUNT SHE CHARGED ERRONEOUSLY. I never received any credit towards the purchase. I guess I must dispute the charge on my credit card. I can't even begin to explain how crazy all the calls were. I was interrupted constantly, my daughter tried unsuccessfully to get it straightened out and she was contantly interrupted, on and on.....
