Feedback:

Spent a significant amount of time going over everything needed for a memorial service, including the colors on every item. On a large spray ($194.00) the colors were random and didn't match the centerpieces as requested. When I called I was told that I was not clear. I mentioned it to my friend that was with me and she was astonished and quite upset that the rep had the gall to say it wasn't made clear. "It couldn't have been clearer". During one call back I asked for a credit and the amount Christi offered was a joke. The total order for this memorial was almost $1000.00. After several calls to have a credit processed I noticed that I was charged AGAIN 13 days later additional money. Then on the same day I received that amount as a credit. I called 15 days later and Christi asked if I received the credit. I did FOR THE AMOUNT SHE CHARGED ERRONEOUSLY. I never received any credit towards the purchase. I guess I must dispute the charge on my credit card. I can't even begin to explain how crazy all the calls were. I was interrupted constantly, my daughter tried unsuccessfully to get it straightened out and she was contantly interrupted, on and on.....
