I had a lot of problems with a package I was shipping. I ended up having to repack it inside the store and the ladies were really nice about it. My eyes had also caught sight of a Christmas decoration I really liked. After finally finishing the package with their help, I stopped to realize how polite and friendly they had been during my long stay inside the store. They gave me their opinions on the Christmas decorations. I purchased eight. and I love them all. They even got a step stool to retrieve some that were hanging from the ceiling. I apologized to them when I heard them tell another customer that they were closing. They told me it was no problem and continued to help me. Nice place and nice people. No more post office for me. I asked their names before leaving. Thank you for your help Devina and Ariel.

Very Horrible Customer service I went i there on Saturday to pay my bill I was inside the building at 2:28 pm I waited to get help as the two women were standing talking to each other finally they called me up at 2:30pm to tell me that they were closed I asked the woman with dark brown hair that was light skinned why do they have a different time posted online the time that is posted online states they close at 3pm on Saturdays she replied by saying” I don’t have to post it online! It’s posted on the door” I replied by asking her if she could change it because customers are coming to your store expecting to be helped when they get here then they can’t be helped . she proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t have to change it , it’s posted on the door,she kept giving me attitude and kept trying to argue with me so I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she said she is the manager so I replied by asking her for the owners info and she told me it wouldn’t matter who I tried to contact it wouldn’t make no difference she’s the manager there’s no else I could contact and did not give me the owners info I never been to a mail plus that has treated me this way she gave me really bad anxiety and made me feel down I couldn’t believe they way she talked to me .. please don’t go here I drive farther now to receive great customer service

It is an authorized payment center for various companies. Be forewarned that only so cal gas, edison and emwd is a REAL TIME transaction. Nowhere in the store does it say it could take a few business days to post. Also getting charged 2.50 for paying the bill is ridiculous if it takes a few days. Very disappointed that it is not stated before paying. Only place it says it, is ON the receipt which you only get AFTER paying. Not happy. Will never use their convenience again especially since they charge for the service.

This place was very unprofessional I went there and was waiting then not only did the lady not know the answer to any of my questions but another customer came in and because my services would take longer then there's the told me I would have to wait for them to help the other person I'm sorry but I thought it is first come first serve there was only 2 other customers and myself and 3 employees and no one could assist me... I mean really while in the grocery store because you have one item doesn't make you priority I will never go here again my 3 year old sister would give better costumer service than here

I would give zero stars if I could. I used to love this place and ever sense the old owners retired and sold it. The girls here are rude and i would say more but I try not to speak that way. They quoted me $40 for a sm package with a thin light weight cell phone and I asked them is that for normal postal service and they said yea so I said no thanks and asked for my package back and left have not and will not go back. I took my package to the UPS Store and it was only $15 standard postal service with notification when it got delivered. Big diffrence in price and attitude. The first experience was just a bad I wanted to buy a single stamp and was going to use my card and she said oh we charge 1.50 for that and yet again I walked. They are the most rudest of the rude for here in town. I miss the old owners and wish them the best in their retirement.

Horrible customer service I would rather drive farther than go back. The staff was incredibly rude and I gave it a few tries unfortunately. The prices are high for faxing and coping. I asked them for sizes and they were so rude when they suggested a larger paper. Then they complained to me telling me it wouldn't fit in the fax machine after it was what they suggested.
