Feedback:

Very Horrible Customer service I went i there on Saturday to pay my bill I was inside the building at 2:28 pm I waited to get help as the two women were standing talking to each other finally they called me up at 2:30pm to tell me that they were closed I asked the woman with dark brown hair that was light skinned why do they have a different time posted online the time that is posted online states they close at 3pm on Saturdays she replied by saying” I don’t have to post it online! It’s posted on the door” I replied by asking her if she could change it because customers are coming to your store expecting to be helped when they get here then they can’t be helped . she proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t have to change it , it’s posted on the door,she kept giving me attitude and kept trying to argue with me so I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she said she is the manager so I replied by asking her for the owners info and she told me it wouldn’t matter who I tried to contact it wouldn’t make no difference she’s the manager there’s no else I could contact and did not give me the owners info I never been to a mail plus that has treated me this way she gave me really bad anxiety and made me feel down I couldn’t believe they way she talked to me .. please don’t go here I drive farther now to receive great customer service
