Brian from G&G in McMurray was awesome. He was very helpful and accommodating. When we placed our order, during the beginning of the “pandemic”, we were going to pick up at the warehouse in Neville Island. The person I spoke on the phone with at the warehouse was very rude. When I called Brian, and told him what had happened, he helped me make arrangements to pick up my treadmill.

Redid a ‘bedroom’ in our basement into a little gym. Was looking for some gym equipment and went to g&g McMurray. Brian was really helpful with getting us a piece of cardio equipment (Octane max trainer - i highly recommend) and a full set of dumbbells and rack, slam balls, step bench & exercise ball. Answered my emails in a timely manner as well. Delivery and set up at my home also went smoothly. Thanks for your help!

We have been shopping at G&G Fitness for more than 10+ years. The quality products, staff knowledge, prices, service and selection are what bring us back year after year to buy products to add to our home gym. Brian Stauber at G&G Fitness has helped us find the perfect Life Fitness treadmill, Octane elliptical, Parabody smith machine, along with all our free weights and accessories. The quality of their products is FAR BETTER than you will find from the big box stores like Dick's Sporting Goods, etc. We HIGHLY recommend G&G Fitness for all of your fitness equipment.

When purchasing a treadmill to set up our home gym, my wife and I wanted to make sure we got the best value for our budget, so we avoided the big box stores and went to G&G. Our salesman, Brian Stauber directed us to the treadmill that best suited our needs, and didn't try to sell us on features we would never use. He was in communication with us after the sale as well ensuring we were satisfied. We were so impressed with the level of service Brian gave us, and the quality of product offered at G&G, they were the first and only place we looked when we decided to add a heavy bag to our gym. If you are looking for fitness equipment, make G&G your first stop-- you wont be disappointed!Edit: Google will not let me post another review, but I wanted to add that after the first experience with G&G we have since gone back 3 other times for equipment. Brian and Randy both have been excellent customer service reps for the company.

I had contemplated buying a new treadmill for a few months after my 11 year old True Treadmill (purchased from G&G) finally died. I was honestly only in research mode, but store manager, Brian Stauber, was incredible. i was there for over an hour, trying different treadmills and asking multiple questions. Brian knew all of the details about every treadmill that i was interested in, from warranty information to what set each treadmill apart from the other. He knew that cost was a concern of mine, so he helped me to choose a treadmill that would not only meet my needs but get the most bang for the buck. I was so impressed that I confirmed Brian's work schedule and took my wife back a few days later, and Brian helped us to pick out an elliptical also. Great employee-great experience.

Stopped in to see about changing out and upgrading some of our home gym equipment. While there were no other customers in the place, the one employee did not to have anything to do with us.Trade in? No. (We expected that) arrange to sell the used equipment? No interest. How about showing us some of the equipment we were interested in buying? Sigh - if i must!!To top it off, he insisted on only talking to me while my wife was asking all the questions. It got really funny when i stayed by the door so he had to turn around to talk to me while she was asking questions about equipment in the middle of the store!!

This was my second time purchasing from G&G Fitness; more than 8 years ago I bought a stationery bike and an elliptical, both of which are still going strong. But having being recently encouraged to work on the 10,000 steps a day goal, I decided to add a treadmill to our home gym. Randy Ratliff was a tremendous help, asking key questions about how often it would be used and whether I have any joint problems. He also was a great help as I struggled to decide between two different models, answering questions multiple times and encouraging me to take another look. G&G does a great job selling high quality equipment that they stand behind.

After months of considering the purchase of an elliptical, we finally stopped in the store. Brian Stauber helped us tremendously by being so knowledgeable and informative of all the brands/models. Because of his help, I'm certain we chose the right model that fit our needs. We've had the unit for a couple of weeks now and love the convenience of having it in our home and the high quality of Precor. Wish we would have made the purchase sooner.

He was very open and honest about what to choose and very knowledgeable about all the products they have to offer. I highly recommend skipping right by the big box stores, and head directly to G&G Fitness. You will not be disappointed!
