I had contemplated buying a new treadmill for a few months after my 11 year old True Treadmill (purchased from G&G) finally died. I was honestly only in research mode, but store manager, Brian Stauber, was incredible. i was there for over an hour, trying different treadmills and asking multiple questions. Brian knew all of the details about every treadmill that i was interested in, from warranty information to what set each treadmill apart from the other. He knew that cost was a concern of mine, so he helped me to choose a treadmill that would not only meet my needs but get the most bang for the buck. I was so impressed that I confirmed Brian's work schedule and took my wife back a few days later, and Brian helped us to pick out an elliptical also. Great employee-great experience.
