I Purchased car from GMC such high class name but delivered mediocre service. The company knows that the car they sold us has brought so many hardship to us. I have had the car in the shop 10 X in a year. They have offered no solutions and continue to have me pay for things that should be covered in the contract. I bought an additional coverage policy and they still wanted me to pay for unexpected breakdown covered in a warranty. I was a honest paying customer but didn't get the service back in return. No follow from managers, everything is funneled through your representatives in the company that try to communicate but know little about customer satisfaction and leadership. No follow up from managers on issues that may need their interaction. Good businesses will put people in place in the organization that they are trustworthy and confident to do the right thing regardless of paperwork stipulation, at the end of the day businesses should stand on whats honest, fair, transparency and trust. This is what separates the elite business from average. Take some time and pop the hood on your businesses occasionally and if you want to know what's really going on and the culture you have, talk to the person that makes the lease amount of money in your business.
