When I first purchased my truck I rated them high, but I have an issue with them lying. I traded in a 2016 Honda CRV with less than 13000 miles on it and got a 2017 GMC Canyon due to my father passing and us taking over his business. Well I was owed back $2400 from Honda for GAP, warranty and maintenance plan I purchased. Instead of giving me my $2400 I’m being told they used it as a down payment but yet I was never informed of it until now. They don’t want to give me the money I’m entitled to. I told them I’m not putting anything down because of my trade in and they agreed. I now have to go tomorrow to talk to the finance person that helped us because he wasn’t there.I will NEVER buy another vechile from them again. Be careful when you go here.
