Usually there's less of a wait, but with covid they are handling the setting perfectly. They remind you to distance, they put protective barriers in place, and they are no less polite and patient. Their selection is no less stocked with product than before covid 19, their selection meets the needs for just about everyone. Its staffed by wonderful people who genuenly care about their customers and provide useful suggestions every visit.

First place I went to when I moved down here a year ago and got my rec through them; fast, easy, and painlessly. Since then I've been a returning customer since they're closest to home, but the friendly service and reasonable prices - not to mention the never disappointing quality - keep me a regular.I'm not great with names, but I know their faces and they always remember me; each customer is a patient and they provide loving service and care that isnt always so common. Thanks guys!

Expensive, didn’t have anything I wanted, the flower was bunk, no variety of CBD Salve. Rip me off for a 50.00 supposed transdermal pen that doesn’t work. Gave Me their sample bottle of hardy anything in it, it was dirty, how many people put their fingers in it? I wish I never went there. Totally a rip off!!

Visited last night for the first time. My bud tender was too stoned to effectively help me. With some difficulty, he was trying to set me up with products that he wanted me to buy. Then, for a medical dispensary, the store seemed to have less of a selection the my usual ghetto rec dispensary did. Really!?! I was told that the city of San Diego had outlawed baked goods, yet I have found delicious baked goods at a couple of dispensaries. Finally, the products that I bought, were mediocre , and as you can see, I was disappointed. The waiting room is very nice. I was made to feel comfortable by the receptionist and security guard while I waited for the bud tender assigned to me. Sorry for the poor review. Wish I could say something more positive about this business.

Been going in for around 4+ months now.Staff is extremely friendly. Deals/specials/discounts are everyday & daily flash "while supplies last" deals are great & can be texted to you.Even through tight law changes this summer, shop has been transparent and communicated changes well.Atmosphere is welcoming, clean, safe, comfortable and wait times seem short.Cannabis quality runs from good, up to true top self and prices are very competitive, but can be amazing if you pay attention and take advantage of the daily, weekly and suprise deals they have continously.My suggestions are:* Bubonic Flower * Outco Flower & carts (awesome deals in the A.M.)* SD cannibas carts* Bloom Farms products * Palomar Craft Cannabis Enjoy.

I’ve be a customer for close to 2 years now and I’ve never shopped anywhere else since. The people are always professional while at the same time treat you like family. All their products are made by them and all of it is really good quality stuff, plus they are always looking for new and innovative products to add to their stock. Let’s just say I’ll be shopping here for many years to come!

If I could give this dispensary a 0 stars i would. Stopped into this dispensary on the way home from barona...picked up 2 vapes and some flower. While the flower was good the 1 vape cartigage i bought their brand .5 gram only lasted 1 day and was not that good tasted like the cheap vapes. I also bought a hh vape cartigage stop working well i would only get a little smoke. I drove back out there and the bud tender said he was gonna troubleshoot it. He came back with the cartigage said it was working but liquid looked thicker than before and all to 1 side. When I asked for a refund or exchange he said no my manager said since I got it working i can't. It does not work smokes very little and still only on 1 side. All I wanted was either an exchange or a refund and I would have gotten a diff vape or flower but they did not offer that to me I will never go back horrible customer service after I specifically asked about the return policy and said it would not be a problem. HH is known for defective vapes which I have gotten before and gave taken back to other dispensarys for an exchange or refund with no problem. This dispensary should learn that customers are they way they make their money, being rude and unprofessional is not going to get them business. Horrible customer service!

They say, You get a 10% discount if you write a review. Let's see if they follow threw on this one! Cause they said you get a little discount if you bring in a friend...did that! Oh we don't do that any more. They said, donate a certain amount on a certain day and get a freebee. Oh, we don't do that any more. Oh, we are going to produce our own product...guess that fell threw. Very low selection of product. Sometimes only one of a certain strain. Sorry guys, You are one step above buying out of some guys car. No class and No product. A great Clinic is "The Healing Center"!And, THEY ARE CHEAPER !!!!!!!!!!! Very Top Shelf!!!!!!!!

Outliers Collective has got to be the most PROFESSIONAL dispensery anywhere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I don't now what other praise I can give . They have an excellent assortment of strains . One thing that caught me by surprise is that they have a " Last Chance " shelf . It's where the last little bit of something goes , and it's discounted . I got Sherbert display buds , at the Last Chance price . SCORE ! Prices are about the same as anywhere else I've seen , but I continue to come back because of the staff . My only .....complaint , and it's not of their doing , is that the roads around it are in need of repair .Stop by , you won't be disappointed.

Always happy with my medicine from Outco.Pricing might be a bit more than other places, because they have extra expenses: testing vendor products for content from a lab is not cheap. Yet it give one the assurance that they are getting what they pay for.And isn't that one of the major downsides of the industry in general? That you don't know what you are paying for. At Outliers Collective, you know. And that's a good thing. BTW, and outlier in statistical terms is something that deviates from the norm to such a degree, that it stands out from the rest of the data points. I think Outliers Collective deserves the name.
