If I could give this dispensary a 0 stars i would. Stopped into this dispensary on the way home from barona...picked up 2 vapes and some flower. While the flower was good the 1 vape cartigage i bought their brand .5 gram only lasted 1 day and was not that good tasted like the cheap vapes. I also bought a hh vape cartigage stop working well i would only get a little smoke. I drove back out there and the bud tender said he was gonna troubleshoot it. He came back with the cartigage said it was working but liquid looked thicker than before and all to 1 side. When I asked for a refund or exchange he said no my manager said since I got it working i can't. It does not work smokes very little and still only on 1 side. All I wanted was either an exchange or a refund and I would have gotten a diff vape or flower but they did not offer that to me I will never go back horrible customer service after I specifically asked about the return policy and said it would not be a problem. HH is known for defective vapes which I have gotten before and gave taken back to other dispensarys for an exchange or refund with no problem. This dispensary should learn that customers are they way they make their money, being rude and unprofessional is not going to get them business. Horrible customer service!
