Workers personally call you up if you are a week over on your rental of a wheel chair. That day they threatened to have their customer (my family member) arrested for not returning it. On a normal day I would have called out this extreme measure, but my family member was days away from dying of cancer. So I cried trying to carefully explain this to the worker. He proceeded to threaten me and I returned the precious wheelchair in it's original condition the next day. Driving over two hours and nearly missing my family member's death in the time it took to drive back. Done with this company. I will spread word to every one of your regulars if I can, that you are here for profit and frankly illegal standards.

This place is absolutely the worst! My father was discharged from the Peaks (care facility) with a prescription for a "rollator" walker suitable for his height.The Walker supplied by All-med was shorter and clearly inferior in every way than the walker he already owned! When I took the new walker back to All-med, they simply refused to order him a taller model.Later, when searching for portable oxygen concentrators, they told me that the deposit was $3000 and WEEKLY payments were $200! A brand-new portable concentrator costs about $2800. Clearly they don't want my business.Moreover, the attitude of the staff was unpleasant to say the least. Avoid this business!

Wow, this place sucks and for good reason I have heard that they do around town. They are disorganized, the right and left hand have no idea what the other is doing and poorly trained respiratory therapists equated with my CPAP machine --deceptively-- getting confisgated. That's right the new therapist asked me to bring in my machine bto download, knowing full well, she intended to keep it. SHODDY people with a plethora of shoddy practices.They have had my machine nearly two weeks and now, have made demands for upcoming fees to be paid all at once which they cannot demand. I was always up to date on my payments. I am also updating the sleep doctor Im seeing so she can learn even more about how they rip patients off who need their cpap machines.I am reporting Allmed to my insurance company for discriminatory procedures as well as other relevant state agencies.My doctor recommended two other places --way-- over this one.Do your homework. You'll be glad you did!

These folks are so helpful and very friendly--esp Stacey :) I don't mind at all that there is a re-stocking fee for a big returned item because they delivered for free and even reduced the ticket price and eliminated the tax. Too bad it didn't 'fit' my patient's physique after all. Will keep them on the digital Rolodex for sure
