Wow, this place sucks and for good reason I have heard that they do around town. They are disorganized, the right and left hand have no idea what the other is doing and poorly trained respiratory therapists equated with my CPAP machine --deceptively-- getting confisgated. That's right the new therapist asked me to bring in my machine bto download, knowing full well, she intended to keep it. SHODDY people with a plethora of shoddy practices.They have had my machine nearly two weeks and now, have made demands for upcoming fees to be paid all at once which they cannot demand. I was always up to date on my payments. I am also updating the sleep doctor Im seeing so she can learn even more about how they rip patients off who need their cpap machines.I am reporting Allmed to my insurance company for discriminatory procedures as well as other relevant state agencies.My doctor recommended two other places --way-- over this one.Do your homework. You'll be glad you did!
