Main reason the family buys from here is for the family favorite 48pc buffalo wings which are pretty pricey. 48pc for $41.99 only to get home and find that they only gave us a 24pc. Too far away for delivery so had to make a 2nd trip to go back for what was shorted. When calling the place you have to go through an answering service before actually speaking with the local business. Then spoke to the manager who said we could come back for the other half of the order and would also refund $15 because of our trouble and their error and amount would be applied to our acct. Next day and still no refund. Highly unlikely we'll be ordering from here again 😣 what a mess!

Amazing experience! Super easy to order on the app for a Friday pizza day pick up! Was ready when I arrived and it looks amazing and delicious. Love the fast and prompt pickup when I entered I was taken care of right away in and out in less than 2 minutes! Thanks Pizza Hut!

Place was okay, wasnt super clean, wasnt super durty... soft drinks tasted a little syrupy and food wasnt too bad pizza was a little greasy. Wings were good, customer service was nice but one of them was easily distracted when it was our turn to take our order. Music was overly loud and only one tv worked. Overall food was good but if your looking to have a nice date night or clean place for the family I would say go spend your money else where, even if it's at a different pizza hut...

Thought this place has amazing food, it´s delievery is off key. Meaning that, it is not on time. I ordered food from here earlier today and i waited for them to deliever my food never came. Never recieved a text from them saying that, it has arrived and yet it never arrived. People don´t accept tardiness . 2 stars. These employees deserve no tip from anyone.

I tried to get delivery but was told my street was not deliverable. I ordered for pickup. I talked to manager about pickup. She said whoever told me that made a mistake. Pizza was cold. Not enough topping. Salad was ok. Bill was $35 for large pizza and 1 salad.

I ordered two large hand toss pizza one with sausage and green bell peppers and the other was pepperoni and mushrooms. The pizza was so dry, it tasted as if I'm only eating bread. The pizza tasted as if it had no marinara sauce and its rock hard. Very disappointed with the quality of the pizza and I used to work there, so I how the pizza is suppose to look and taste. I wouldn't doubt if this was a day old dough. The manager working on the shift was Stephanie and Juliette and I would have expected edible pizza.

Just spent almost $100 on food, the service was horrible they had no cheese or crushed peppers the plates where still wet from what i hope was a wash! Didnt offer any essential, and to top it off my 1year old daughter had to watch t.v in silence. They couldn't even higher the volume for her! She is 1 she cant read i mean thats the least they can do being that i just spend a good amount of money. And most importantly My Bf uses the bathroom and returns with a disgusted face and says there was blood on the seat of the toliet...safe to say iam NEVER RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. 😠🤢

The Worst! The order was 4 pizzas, bread sticks and a garden salad. Don't know what the black thing was in the ice. The TVs don't work. The pizzas were greasy, thin, tough and burnt. We had people in our party who could not eat pork. The beef pizza had pork on it! The salad came out last, only one choice of dressing. When I said I didn't want that the cashier Yasmine rolled her eyes at me! THAT was the final straw. At the end of dinner we had to ask for napkins. Worst experience ever. Many other wonderful places to eat in Perris, this proved not to be one.

I like pizza hut, a lot. Just not this pizza hut. We ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas. A pepperoni and mushroom & sausage and green peppers. Both pizzas were so dry and had so little sauce! I'd rather eat a digiorno. Worst experience so far and I don't blame it on pizza hut as a whole but particularly this location. I've honestly never had it this bad. Also tried the P-zone and that wasn't any better. The calzone I made in culinary arts as a high schooler dusted this satanic food. I feel a demon Baby in my belly already. And I am a Male human. Be careful out there.

We placed an order with Cathy. She entered in our phone number wrong, then could not spell our street name correctly although we gave it to her with the spelling 5 times. She then charged our credit card twice, cancelled the order and we never got our pizza after 2 hours. No apologies were given for the incompetence of how she handled a simple pizza order as rocket science. They said they would place the order again but it would take longer to receive. We have hungry kids. When I talked to the manager, I asked would he comp the order and he said yes but I refused because they are ghetto and after all this might spit and piss on our pizza.
