We placed an order with Cathy. She entered in our phone number wrong, then could not spell our street name correctly although we gave it to her with the spelling 5 times. She then charged our credit card twice, cancelled the order and we never got our pizza after 2 hours. No apologies were given for the incompetence of how she handled a simple pizza order as rocket science. They said they would place the order again but it would take longer to receive. We have hungry kids. When I talked to the manager, I asked would he comp the order and he said yes but I refused because they are ghetto and after all this might spit and piss on our pizza.
