Really rude staff.I was verbally attacked by one woman working there.I personally think she was frustrated with life or angry who knows. It was a bit unprofessional because you shouldn’t bring your personal issues to work and take it out on the customers. Never coming back

I bought the most expensive pen (250) and asked how to use it. They said it was simple and to check out the app, which it’s powered by. I tried, and it wouldn’t connect, so I went back. The girl clearly didn’t know so she asked the manager who referred back to the app. I’m sure it is a wonderful device but I still can’t use it and for this amount of money I’d expect someone to show me.Update: I did contact them directly, as asked. No reply to my follow up. But I did ask a friend and he explained, verbally, how to use it. The app did not help explain (it gives a tutorial for leaf but not wax). Again, Green Dragon has wonderful premium products, but they need to invest more in training their staff.

While in aspen we stopped in for some edibles after a hard day of snowboarding. To relax in the hot tub and unwind. The young man was very helpful. He answered all questions in detail as far as he personally knew. I even loved that he was honest with reviews and his personal experiences. Which I find very helpful. We settled on chocolates which were amazing! Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommended

The absolute worst weed in Colorado! Super dry, not flushed of chemicals. They claim to be affordable, yet almost every product can be found cheaper just two blocks away at Native Roots or Best Day Ever! The employees are uneducated and so high, they can’t answer any questions. They are extremely rude to people who are trying to seek education. Henry berated me for asking too many questions.

So I get that the staff here must get a lot of repetitive and what must appear to be stupid questions from out of towners, who don’t know the law or even how to partake with some of the new technology.What’s not appreciated is the rudeness, impatience and intolerance they answer with. I have noticed that there are a lot reviews here that mention this behavior I wonder if it’s always the same guy or something this place breeds. There are a lot of shops up there with plenty of nice people we’ll be going there from now on.

I just left this particular establishment five minutes ago, and I have to say I never been treated so rudely in my entire life. I had just completed a 45 mile bike ride and wasn't dressed in my usual lawyer attire - boy, did the man behind the counter treat me accordingly. Of course, this is indicative of Aspen in general, but regardless, I will never patronize any of the Green Dragon locations again. The reviews you read are correct, don't give them your money, as they don't deserve it.

We are forever indebted to the kind people at this particular location. We drove several hours in search of R4, which we use to control our sons intractable epilepsy. After several dead ends we began calling all the dispensaries within driving distance before closing and were thrilled when the Aspen Dispensary said they had the R4 we were looking for and were happy to hold it for us.The staff was friendly, helpful and most importantly incredibly knowledgable. As concerned parents we very much feel like they saved our sons life that day. A deed that will surely never be forgotten.

Pretty neat shop. I don't know how their prices are compared to other shops but they seemed reasonable. They had 2 different strains for $20 an 1/8th which seems like a steal. They seemed to have mostly gummies, sprays, suckers, and chocolate bars. I didn't see any brownies or rice crispy treats or similar edibles. ATM in the lobby which is nice because it's cash only.
