Worst cab service on the planet. My elderly mother needed to get to the union station in L.A to catch the bus. First they were 30 min late. So i called them and he acted like it was no big deal. Then on top of that he drop her off at the wrong place. UNBELIEVABLE!! So when I called him, again he acted like it was no big deal. I demanded to speak with his boss. He sets the phone down about a minute then get back on as if he was someone else. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!
