Feedback:

I was in a car accident and was brought to Temecula Valley hospital by ambulance approximately 4 pm. I was brought into the hospital, given an wristband, put in a wheelchair and placed in the waiting room. Due to having too many patients, not enough rooms or beds, too many ambulances bringing patients in, it was an absolute zoo. The nurse at the desk announced twice for all of us to be patient, that they were working as fast as they could. I don't want fast, I want accurate, precise and correct. Several patients left and went to other hospitals where they knew they'd be taken care of quicker.
