I have been beyond blessed to cross paths with Visiting Angels and their caregivers. About a year ago I was handed the task of taking care of my Grandmother. My grandpa passed away suddenly, leaving me responsible for my sweet grandma. I have never had to care for anyone and didn't know the first place to start. After a quick search, I found Visiting Angels. The young lady who answered the phone was so friendly and I could tell she genuinely cared about my situation. That was the beginning of a wonderful relationship. Visiting Angels matched my grandmother up with an awesome caretaker, who is almost like a part of the family now. She cares for my grandma just as I would (probably better LOL as she has many MANY years of experience). I wasn't prepared for this journey and with the help of Visiting Angels on my side, this past year, (that honestly, I thought would be a burden), has been smooth sailing. They are open to communicate, the care manager comes often to check my grandma and her caregiver, it is a real feeling of family- from the owner to the office staff to our caregiver- everyone works together to provide the absolute best care for my family. I would recommend them to anyone who needs someone in their corner!! Thank you Visiting Angels for giving me the tools I needed to still keep my grandma out of a nursing home. I can't say it enough --Thank you THANK YOU!!
