Finding in-home care during a pandemic is a scary thing. The ladies at Visiting Angels were nothing but knowledgeable and helpful when I needed help for my Dad. They had every answer to every question, even answers to some things I didn't know to ask about. Very professional, very courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a caregiver. The 'Angel' they sent is great with Dad. I don't have to be worried about him now and can go back to work without any worries. Thank you to Visiting Angels! You truly are a great help!!

WOW!!!!! I just don't even know where to begin. I suffered from an unexpected injury back in January. My family all live in Texas, and I am in California by myself. My mom was here for the first week but had to go back home. Before she left we were searching for caregivers that would be able to help me when my mom left. We called Visiting Angels and the woman, Alicia was so nice to us and assured us that everything would be okay and they could help me. She was on the phone with me for at least 30 minutes answering every question that I had, and she was so patient and kind. The next day they came to visit me at my home, and even brought flowers! They walked us through every step and had a caregiver here the day that my mom was leaving. It has been over a month now and I am so grateful to have the Angels at Visiting Angles here with me on my long road to recovery. I cant say thank you enough.

I am a caregiver at Visiting Angels and I just wanted to say that the office staff there are great! I've worked for several agencies and this company really aims to keep us at one client constantly. It is hard when other places bounce you around between clients. Here I am able to build a relationship with my client and don't have to worry where am I going to be working on a day to day basis. They had an awesome orientation for us too!! It was really fun! I am glad to have found Visiting Angels - it's a great job and I'm proud to be a part of the team. :)

I have been beyond blessed to cross paths with Visiting Angels and their caregivers. About a year ago I was handed the task of taking care of my Grandmother. My grandpa passed away suddenly, leaving me responsible for my sweet grandma. I have never had to care for anyone and didn't know the first place to start. After a quick search, I found Visiting Angels. The young lady who answered the phone was so friendly and I could tell she genuinely cared about my situation. That was the beginning of a wonderful relationship. Visiting Angels matched my grandmother up with an awesome caretaker, who is almost like a part of the family now. She cares for my grandma just as I would (probably better LOL as she has many MANY years of experience). I wasn't prepared for this journey and with the help of Visiting Angels on my side, this past year, (that honestly, I thought would be a burden), has been smooth sailing. They are open to communicate, the care manager comes often to check my grandma and her caregiver, it is a real feeling of family- from the owner to the office staff to our caregiver- everyone works together to provide the absolute best care for my family. I would recommend them to anyone who needs someone in their corner!! Thank you Visiting Angels for giving me the tools I needed to still keep my grandma out of a nursing home. I can't say it enough --Thank you THANK YOU!!

I had a great experience with Visiting Angels. Due to a sports injury I had to have a knee surgery. I'm a pretty young guy and had no idea that there was a service for post-op care such as this. Right from the start, everyone I came into contact with was great! I only needed help for about 2 weeks but I am so glad to have had my caregiver help me out during that time. I will be sure to recommend them to any of my friends if they ever need a surgery and don't have someone to help them during their recovery. Thanks again for all of your help!!

If I could give 10 stars to this company I would. From the first time I called the office staff was very understanding, nice, and helped me feel comfortable that I was choosing the best care for my dad. My dad who is in his late 80's really needed some extra help getting around, bathing, and cooking and I work full time. We made the call to visiting angels a little over a month ago and they started care 2 days later for my dad. It is a relief for me to know that I can go to work and know that my dad has the help and care that he needs while I am away and my dad is happy.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Visiting Angels in Reseda. Right from the start they were very caring, and went above and beyond to ensure that my father was tended to properly in his own home. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for VIP level service. With so many agencies out there, I was so hesitant and unsure where to start. The owner and staff there were all knowledgeable and made appropriate recommendations for his care- nothing over the top or outrageous. Our Caregiver who comes has always been consistent and if there is any emergency, the office lets me know directly. Thank you for your service Visiting Angels!! It has kept my Dad at home and we are forever grateful to you for that!!

The staff at the Reseda office is always nice, kind, and quick to any needs that myself, or my client may need. Visiting Angels is a phenomenal service. Alicia was there from day one to set up the entire process, and she was honest & transparent about expectations, and setting us up with the right caregivers. She understood my mom's personality and was able to arrange relevant people to be there and give her the emotional and physical support she needed. Very good organization and very helpful in my mother's final months. I recommend highly.

My first call to Visiting Angels was at 5 am on a Saturday. I had been awake for a while, mulling over the options for my father's care, and I just wanted to leave a message for someone to call me back later that day. To my surprise, one of the two care coordinators answered. She was very understanding, she addressed my concerns, and arranged to meet with us shortly after to discuss our specific needs. Within two days of that call, we had our first in-home caregiver. We have been doing business with Visiting Angels for 6 months now, and although our needs have changed during that time, they have continued to be just as responsive while addressing our needs accordingly.
