My first call to Visiting Angels was at 5 am on a Saturday. I had been awake for a while, mulling over the options for my father's care, and I just wanted to leave a message for someone to call me back later that day. To my surprise, one of the two care coordinators answered. She was very understanding, she addressed my concerns, and arranged to meet with us shortly after to discuss our specific needs. Within two days of that call, we had our first in-home caregiver. We have been doing business with Visiting Angels for 6 months now, and although our needs have changed during that time, they have continued to be just as responsive while addressing our needs accordingly.
