It's a good store, but since the pandemic started, they've been using latex gloves, which can cause a severe allergic reaction. I know there is probably a shortage of Nitrile gloves at the time, but latex is not a good alternative.Please try to source non-latex based PPE.Thanks.

So i came in an purchased a dry herb pen. They told me how amazing it was. Got home, the charging port is bent in and it doesn't seem to heat up fully. I called them and requested to exchange for the Pax 3 (ITS BEEN LESS THAN 24 HOURS) they refused and now I'm stuck with a bad vape pen i cant even use. Lost 100$ for no good reason. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY DON'T NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER. DO NOT BUY Kandy Pens. They will sell you on it and how "amazing it is" and how they "had to buy one for dad" DO NOT SHOP HERE GO TO GREEN GYPSY! THEY CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER! They even hung up on me. I wish i could give 0 stars.

This place used to be great before Covid. If you go there now prepare for a prison lineup type experience. I understand the need for social distancing measures but I was made to feel like I was going to be asked to bend over and handed an orange jumpsuit. This was door personnel, the guys selling you the goods once you make it through the gauntlet were great as ever. Hence the 2 stars instead of 1, since 0 is not an option. This was my second unpleasant visit there since the outbreak, the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt because everyone was reeling and trying to adjust to the New Worl Order, but by now they should be better. I shan't return.

The shop is really cool, I love the concept with the cafe and sit-in eating area. The selection is good and the bud tenders + women working the cafe area were super nice! I didn’t appreciate the patronizing attitude of the dude checking IDs though. It was my first time there and asked if they had an ATM to which he condescendingly replied “um it’s over in there..” and pointed to the cafe side, where they are all the way back along the wall. He looked at me like I was stupid so apparently you’re just expected to know where everything is. Other than his attitude I had an awesome, welcoming experience.

Very thoughtful friendly staff. I ordered off the online menu and recieved a very considerate phone call from the sweet girl working here letting me know theyd sold out of the item and asking if i wanted an alternative. Tho the price was incorrectly listed as $15 on the menu, and it has gone up to $18, i was given the lower, incorrect price cuz thats what was on the online menu. Perfect customer service IMO. THANKS FOR BEING COOL, GREEN LADY! ...my new fav shop in Oly!! ❤ :-)

Had to leave before making a purchase. No disability parking. Budtender stayed behind a door and wouldn't attend my shopping. No chair to sit for disabled people who need to take a minute. Very disabled unfriendly. When the situation was brought to manager's attention, was told that disabled people should call ahead before they come shop here. No thanks.

Great place, a little tricky to find, if you end up parking in the place next to the antique store, you need to go around the building. When you initially walk in, you might stumble upon the cafe by accident, go right to find the dispensary, you'll know you're in the right place cause they'll check your ID. This was my first time ever buying weed and I can say that the service was excellent, the staff helped me find what I wanted very nicely and helpfully. Protip, the Homu disks are 10 for 18 in the drawer under the case, which is a much better deal then the 2 for 15 in the case. If you buy weed in the dispensary then you get 50% off in the cafe, which has some good stuff at good prices, and they'll even mix in CBD if you want.

Staff greeted me soon after entering the store and jumped onto my interest of resins, offering experiential testimony and the use of the web to help describe the resin products available. The head/cbd/coffee/booze shop next door was cool, with chairs and tables, couches and a little stage with a beautiful wooden bar/table top coated in resin. Music was interesting and staff friendly. You can add cbd to your coffee drinks which is cool, but being the evening I went with a beer and did some writing. I've been here a few times now and plan to be back again soon.

Laik is the best budtender in Olympia! She always makes you feel right at home and is super knowledgable. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re getting what you want, and the amount you want for the right price. She also is really good at making sure you know about all the deals to make sure you get the biggest bang for your buck. Good job Laik Howard! You rock!

Love this store!!!!! First off its BEAUTIFUL. Love the layout. The cannabis shop is to the right- organized so well and easy to find product. (Eric + Autumn are my favorite budtenders, absolutely recommend their service) to the left is their glass shop + CBD cafe'! 😍 amazing selection of glass + gifts. The strawberry 10mgCBD Italian Soda was DANK! what an amazing experience first thing in the morning. My favorite store in Olympia for sure! 💕✌🏼
