So i came in an purchased a dry herb pen. They told me how amazing it was. Got home, the charging port is bent in and it doesn't seem to heat up fully. I called them and requested to exchange for the Pax 3 (ITS BEEN LESS THAN 24 HOURS) they refused and now I'm stuck with a bad vape pen i cant even use. Lost 100$ for no good reason. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY DON'T NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER. DO NOT BUY Kandy Pens. They will sell you on it and how "amazing it is" and how they "had to buy one for dad" DO NOT SHOP HERE GO TO GREEN GYPSY! THEY CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER! They even hung up on me. I wish i could give 0 stars.

Patrick, that is not remotely possible. Green Lady replaces any and all non-functioning items. Green Lady returns and receives compensation for all defective items. I also saw your plug for another Weed Store. How coincidental. Exactly. Customer Service is Top Notch at Green Lady. You should have asked to speak with one of the Owners. They all have my number.
