Submitted an application for licensure weeks ago and everything was fine an pending except grad status. So to ensure my license would post I turned in my transcripts sealed and official personally. All for them to say it’s going to take a month?! They were super quick to cash my check though. And they’re saying no one can help me and my license is delayed because the only person who does the license for my job is quarantined. Ridiculous.

You send emergency alerts and give a website that doesn’t even work. Nice job.... considering the current situation get someone from your tech department to fix that. And if it’s a matter of your website not being able to handle the level of traffic you’re receiving at once 1 you should have been prepared for that.2 you still need to get that fixed....

The medical marijuana division is the perfect place to call if you're looking to speak with rude people. Just call up with a question and they will yell at you and give you attitude. I dread calling them with questions. Every time I have called (3 times in the past year regarding my medical marijuana license), each person has given me a different answer. One woman went as far as TO HANG UP ON ME when I asked the same question twice because I didn't understand her answer. It's pretty similar to the DMV in terms of happiness.

I just saw a video the behavior from all the employees. The only ones were friendly and have any common sense was the two great police officers here. Everyone else is very rude, unprofessional,and uneducated. They especially know exactly nothing about American or Our Constitution in United States of American. Where the hell these people go to school ? Do they even can think normal ? You should had saw these idiots !!!

Scott Slater UnitedHealthcareI am writing regarding Doctor-Patient-Relationship ,and who is bringing concerns with the erosion of trust which has had a detrimental effect with my current Doctor-Patient-Relationship.I would like the opportunity to request help with my concerns with his 'PCP' who should be helping me manage all of my healthcare.Most importantly I also have the right to play a role In my healthcare. The physician must complete the physician written certification renewal document and who has refuse to sign in further delaying patient safe access to Medical Marijunana Medication. Patient is on Medicaid and has $0 income cannot pay $25.00 and $90.00 dollars renewal with B&B.I have pleaded for help within regards renewal and fees , I say based on the totality of my situation any fees should be waive under permissible circumstances. B & B & DOH should make a difference in human being-Patient who has doctor recommendation to be legal medical-marijuana patient in Rhode Island ,B & B & DOH is not supposed to make money in particular needy/poor. Stakeholders, speakers and the public has suggested the fee should be waived Dawn P. Ok, based on the guidelines the fee was reduced to $25 if you receive Medicaid. I have placed many complaints to the Helth Department, seems nothing get done...Harris Health Care Center North at 60 Eben Brown Ln, Central Falls, RI 02863 keeps litering, dumping trash, empty boxes, gloves around its property , it's atracting rats, mice, animals, trash blowing to our private properties. *Please have them correct the issue.*I placed many complaints with The Director Elaine Patrick of Central Falls *BUT* She is friends with the Harris and do many favor for them, so nothing gets done. Their seniors walk around alone unattended on the middle of the street, one of them stole my package, Their delivery truck, land escaping truck , employees & visitors park on my private property. The owner Chris knows but he ignore the issue... Dogs with out leash walking in my property doing their business. This people have a little to no respect for me or our our neighborhood. Initially, all of the individuals in the office were very helpful. That is, until the supervisor, who is the only individual qualified in the department to offer me the specialized assistance I need, dodges me for a literally an entire month. Not only that, but when upper management is informed of their employee’s subpar performance, they simply point fingers at the employee, transfer me to their line and maintain complacency. Literally, they do everything except assist with the problem. I am still waiting for assistance and no one will help. I will call individuals in management until someone makes the supervisors in this department do their jobs.

Every time I’ve had to do anything with them they are the least helpful place I’ve ever dealt with. First off they contacted me and I have tried to reach back out 6 times the last week and have been told every time “oh that lady who contacted you is unavailable try this phone number” I’ve left voicemails on several different numbers they provided trying to get help. And after over a week not a single voicemail was answered and I have even left a second one after the first five days. My job and my career depend on these people to do their job and work with me on getting my professional licensing sorted out. I had the same type of issues with them two years ago when I moved to that state. Not only are they u helpful but they also were very rude in one of my conversations I had with a lady in the building when I decided to go there myself.

Appel D'urgence!! There are some Nurses, Lab technicians, Phlebotomy technicians, in Rhode Island that works in the hospitals for years and years without having their National Board Certification License to be properly and safety enforced. Where is OSHA..? Rhode Islanders considers them as "GRANDFATHER IN". 85% malpractice rate in the State of Rhode Island. Can I please request some HELP!

Great group of people who do their jobs well, making a lot of people mad so we stay healthy. The way WARM & I see it is they are over worked, under paid, disrespected. Thank "You" Rhode Island Department Of Health for all that you do....;-) WARM is my service puppy and approves this review as they are hip on service puppy rights...
