Feedback:

Initially, all of the individuals in the office were very helpful. That is, until the supervisor, who is the only individual qualified in the department to offer me the specialized assistance I need, dodges me for a literally an entire month. Not only that, but when upper management is informed of their employee’s subpar performance, they simply point fingers at the employee, transfer me to their line and maintain complacency. Literally, they do everything except assist with the problem. I am still waiting for assistance and no one will help. I will call individuals in management until someone makes the supervisors in this department do their jobs.
