Massage was okay at best. Upon arrival I was greeted by a receptionist. Very pleasant. Overall first impression of the upkeep is good. Nice clean place with a waiting/seating area is open and inviting... more

I love coming here i feel very welcomed from the front desk..and always have a awesome experience.. I will make this my home because that's how I feel when I'm there.. Lisa is great, she's the owner and the therapists are all very different and have great skills in there own techniques. Ask for Ashley Rose though, she's the best. I got the best massage I've ever had from her.

Massage was okay at best. Upon arrival I was greeted by a receptionist. Very pleasant. Overall first impression of the upkeep is good. Nice clean place with a waiting/seating area is open and inviting. But there’s no separate reception area - one of the therapist was being told of a dissatisfied customer. A little unprofessional in my opinion. There was a lacking feeling of spa-like amenities. No place to change Into robe or shower, no lockers or locker room. No slippers. No water with lemon slices and mint. (There was iced water though). No aromatic diffusion in massage room. Carpeted throughout with exception of front reception area. A trip to the restroom had me wondering the last time a deep clean was done with the tile grout and carpet. Dark carpets have me cautious. Overall lacks the feeling of complete and total tranquility.

Awesome place to work. I've been a Massage therapist for ten years now, worked at everything from a High end resort to chiropractor offices. Lisa, the owner, is a delight and really cares about the Scripps Ranch community and bringing affordable spa services to her home town. My coworkers are amazing and most have been with Lisa for years, rare in the Massage industry. As lead therapist, my goal is to help our therapists grow as successful therapists as well as hold up Massage Greens impeccable business model. In doing this, each and every client will feel like they finally get a place for their self care without breaking the bank.

This was the most disappointing massage of my life. I walked out with the same pain I walked in with. The therapist didn't focus on the area I asked her to. Also, I booked hot stones and no hot stones were used. I mentioned that when checking out to hopefully not get charged for them. I loved the massage green in San Marcos so this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Probably won't be coming back but if I do I will definitely request a different massage therapist..

A Sad Broke Down Training Program StoryI made the appointment on Friday, the 13th (oh NO, that was the problem from the beginning!) for a 90 min massage on the following Sunday, today. I posted up in a local Starbucks 2 hour early to ensure timely arrival. Having done 100 deep dip pushups and 12 or so diagonal pool laps to prep, I wanted to make this smooth for everyone.Walked in 5 min before appointment time to check in. The receptionist told me the phone number they had for me. I simply told her that the number was incorrect. She informed me that because I did not have a credit card on file and because they could not reach me at the number (incorrect) on file to confirm, etc the owner decided to take my appointment off the books. She acknowledged that it appeared that I had been there previously as part of a couple and confirmed that I had obviously booked a solo appointment this time. Check and check. She acknowledged that the appointment was booked by one of two new trainees. She offered me the option of rebooking and the option of speaking to the owner about it. I respectfully declined both options today.I protested mildly by asking why the owner decided to grind me up in the training process. She said the owner thought I would be a no-show because I did not answer the phone and did not have a credit card number on file, etc.I feel like the owner should have kept me on the books and took the no-show risk associated with the breakdown in the establishment’s appointment setting protocol. Clearly the problem was an inaccurate recording of the number and a failure to ask for my credit card during the appointment setting process. At the very least the owner could have left instructions to be summoned if the no-show risk client actually DID show up and deliver the sad broke down training program story personally. This way, in addition to the story being tastier coming from the owner, the owner could have further reduced the nasty taste I have from driving 25 miles one-way to be a 2nd visit client and being jacked around.I guess I will go to the gym and do some heavy lifting. I had A phenomenal massage by Gordon. His knowledge of the human anatomy made his work stand out. His touch is extremely relaxing and controlled, with a comforting feel and stress relieving rhythm. Definitely recommend this massage spa, I will personally be going every other week! The facility is clean relaxing and up to date. They even offer a personal sauna.

Massage green is great! All the staff is welcoming and very friendly. They are very accommodating with all their services and booking appointments! I love that anyone in my family can use My membership! They have new facial products every month depending on the season. They also have great things to add to your massage and facial like hot stones or aromatherapy.

Amazing! This is absolutely a 5-star massage treatment, right there in the neighborhood retail center. From the moment you walk in, everything about the place reminds you of a spa in a high end luxury resort...except the prices. The intro massage was about $50, and they offer a membership plan that includes one massage and the same price as the intro deal if you want more. Fifty bucks for a one hour massage like you'd get for three times the price in a hotel spa. Forget everything you believe about strip mall massage parlors and give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

I love Massage Green Spa. Going for a massage is the ultimate treat to myself and I want to feel pampered, which is exactly how I feel at the end of my treatment. The facility is lovely and peaceful. Everyone I have worked with has been professional and the therapists ask questions to make sure they meet my specific needs. Compared to any hotel spa, the rates are amazing. I highly recommend this spa for massage and facials.
