Every time I go to this Tubbys they choose to only make half of my order. When I ask for the rest of the food as they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about. They double check the receipt (as if I’m lying) and realize they made a mistake. At that point they want me to wait to have the other half of the meal cooked. That’s not good customer service. Making half my food sit while you prepare the other half that you failed to do the first time creates cold food that I no longer want. You couldn’t say any loud that you don’t want me to be your customer. 4 times in a row of this happening, you’ve made your point clear. I won’t come back.

So I just ordered 2 sandwiches from here, a classic Italian and a chicken parmesan. I asked them TWICE to make sure that they grilled the bread for my sandwiches, just like they do at Subway. I could overhear them saying something about my request, but I couldn't quite catch it over the t.v. When the guy told me I was all set, I chose to actually believe him so I grabbed my food and left. This is why you always check your food before you just take it. When I got home and opened them, NEITHER one of my sandwiches was grilled. Why the hell would you do that? Why wouldn't you just tell me that you aren't going to grill my bread? No harm done, I'll just go to Subway. But no, they made me think that they had fulfilled my very simple request, and then sent me on my way. If that wasn't enough, the chicken parm I ordered didn't have chicken in it, and it tasted like a ground-up meatball sub. I can honestly say I am disappointed and will not be returning here. I just moved to Hazel Park and I wanted to give every restaurant I could a chance, and I've given this one many chances. This was your last one. Hopefully you guys will learn from all these mistakes and one day you'll be a real preferred alternative to Subway for most people

I got 2 taco subs and turkey club sub with a side of dressing. I did not get the dressing and my turkey sub taste like taco i didnt want turkey taco club. Also the tv in the lobby is tooo loud I had to basicly yell and be yelled at to make sure I was heard. I've been here once before everything was fine the first time aside from the mac n cheese bites being very salty but now I think I'll go to 12 and dequinder

well yesterday was .97 cent subs! only tubbys famous & steak & cheese but my kid & I ate the steak & cheese for dinner! when I arrived the line was out the door about 10 feet & I think maybe 20 may have been served after us then I heard people saying: "third tubbys I been to that ran out of food" that's a bummer. they small community I live in did accommodate me but I still felt bad for those who didn't make in. it was worth the 27 min wait in line to get serviced. great dinner for a little over 2 bucks & for the record I think tubbys bears sub way hands down! a little pricey but I was raised "u get what u pay for" so thank u tubbys!

The best Tubbys location! I moved and now I drive 40 miles from home to get their Ruben sandwich. The best Ruben you will ever have! Although I usually have it made jumbo with no thousand island or Sauerkraut - just pure meat and cheese. But I will still eat how it normally comes. Never been to another Tubbys that have the Ruben. If you have not tried their Ruben, it is a must have if you like corned beef / Rubens. Everything else I try is also always good, although it is hard to not get the Ruben since you can get the other menu items from other Tubbys location. Fred and his team here are awesome, very nice and helpful.
