Feedback:

So I just ordered 2 sandwiches from here, a classic Italian and a chicken parmesan. I asked them TWICE to make sure that they grilled the bread for my sandwiches, just like they do at Subway. I could overhear them saying something about my request, but I couldn't quite catch it over the t.v. When the guy told me I was all set, I chose to actually believe him so I grabbed my food and left. This is why you always check your food before you just take it. When I got home and opened them, NEITHER one of my sandwiches was grilled. Why the hell would you do that? Why wouldn't you just tell me that you aren't going to grill my bread? No harm done, I'll just go to Subway. But no, they made me think that they had fulfilled my very simple request, and then sent me on my way. If that wasn't enough, the chicken parm I ordered didn't have chicken in it, and it tasted like a ground-up meatball sub. I can honestly say I am disappointed and will not be returning here. I just moved to Hazel Park and I wanted to give every restaurant I could a chance, and I've given this one many chances. This was your last one. Hopefully you guys will learn from all these mistakes and one day you'll be a real preferred alternative to Subway for most people
