This place is amazing!!! Ive been a member at mindful med side for a while they have been letting me down on bulk deals. I came in yesterday and immediately switched my membership much better selection of concentrates and cheaper if you buy more. I did wanna give a shout out to a lady who works there i didnt catch her name but im sure shes a manager ill deff be back in and catch her name and Metion her she was amazing

I ordered 2 joints this evening. Stood in line for over 15 minutes waiting for 2 joints. (No big deal) I expected to wait. My pick up window was between 6:30-7pm. Showed up 15 minutes early to wait in line. I get to the window and the manager in duty says to me (3 minutes before pick up) that was order was not ready and asked me to get back in line. Behind FIVE people waiting. I told her no, “ I am not going to wait in line for two joints”. The so called “manager “ said if you want your joints you will and handed me my ID. I told the manager, “then cancel my order”, the manager “said fine” and slammed the little window. I got in my car and called into the store (hoping to speak with someone nice). Behold the same lady answered the phone. I asked to speak with her manager. She said she was. I asked who is your manager and she said no one. I called the owner. She seems very nice and concerned. I felt finally someone nice. Lorrie Schwart (owner). Told me how everything would be handled. I get a call from a Denver number. Called me 3 times and never left a message. I called it back and it was an “area manager”.She proceeded to tell me that she spoke with the rude manager and the manager LIED and said I threatened her and said some other stuff. So let me get this right. YOUR employee is rude to YOUR customer. A customer calls and tells you and YOU blame the customer for YOUR employee being rude.. WOW Lorrie!! Great way to handle a situation and having your employees going around being rude and calling customers liars and being angry. It was TWO joints. YOUR manager caused a situation that could have been avoided by just giving me my order that I was 3 minutes early to pick up. I use to rave about your business and tell people. Never again. The owner is not from Colorado. Let’s support Colorado native shops. This how I will be shopping moving forward. LivWell has better deals on joints and weed. DONE!! I will never shop at a place that calls me a liar and is rude to customer. To many other places to shop.

As I'm waiting the window that is doing online orders is just watching me wait there while the people who ordered recreational get to pick up there product. Very very backwards and I always liked this place but after this happened I will never be back. Especially when I went to mindful across the street and they got me in and out within 2 minutes. When I asked the girl at the pickup window what was going on she pretty much just told me sorry that someone is still in there and that medical patients have to wait. So what is the point of doing an online order when I have to sit there and wait. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels like this so hopefully you read this before you waste your time . Also green tree raised there in house concentrate prices so not only are they more expensive now but it's more of a hassle and frustrating then anything. Definitely recommend the one right across the street they're always quick and will get you on your way.

First time yesterday. It was a great experience! We walked in and passed our IDs. The staff was friendly from start to finish. It wasn't too busy, so another tender grabbed us and took us back. Our bud tender was Nate. He was awesome! Knew the ins and outs of all the products, had great recommendations and was able to answer every question we asked, all while making it a fun visit to the shop. While the building may be small, their selection is not. there is something for everybody!

Amazing experience as soon as we entered the (FIRST) door!! They had absolutely everything we needed and even picked up some new things we have never tried. They are very knowledgeable about there products. Nate the tender that helped us was respectful, funny, and very easy going! 10/10 will definitely be coming back and I rate this place a 10/10 as well for a laid back friendly bud shopping experience.

So, they have a deal for med patients; spend $70, receive $35 once per month. I went in today; I've seen the gal but she hasn't helped me. When she checked me in, she asked me to have a seat someone will be right with you. She waited a few moments, stuck her head in the rec door side, then said, Oh, I will help you. They're busy over there (doing me a favor). When I pick out my item, I ask for my monthly totals so I can see how much I need to spend. She says,"Well, you only have $14 so far sooooo...." OK, she doesn't know what I mean. I said, "No, I mean for the month, my monthly total"...she still acts confused as if she doesn't know what I mean. I'm confused at this point. I explain again, you know, where you spend $70 and receive a $35 credit. "Yeah, that's not the way it works. Apparently, some employees were doing it wrong". I've been a med patient here for about a year now. I budget accordingly. I try to be clear on what I am saying, but she acts confused. I finally ask for a manager. She says, "I AM the manager", with a little smirky smile. I said I didn't recognize her. She says she is the new manager. I asked if the other gal I'm used to seeing is available and she said, "She's in a different position now." I asked her if she was there (around 3pm) and was told no. She also told me another employee that I was used to working with was not there. I told her, I am here for my med supplies and I don't feel like we are connecting. I tell her, I understand and I am perfectly fine going forward, but, I did not have $70 to spend and I am on a budget. (You know the snarky girl in the movies at the register? This is that girl.) THEN she tells me that she spoke with the owner just the day before concerning this very issue. Which means, SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WAS GETTING AT AND TALKING ABOUT AND CHOSE TO TREAT A MEDICAL PATIENT LIKE A DOPEY DOPER! You see? She knew all along and made the CHOICE to pretend as if she didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about.Not good. When I left, she smiled and told me to have a nice day. Not kind, polite or good management. I took my business across the street. Literally.THEY treated me fantastically. Their edible stock wasn't very good which is the reason I started shopping at Green Tree almost a year ago. And, I registered my med badge there, too!They currently are selling to med patients $70 oz, which is pretty competitive. They start a sale tomorrow of 20% off ALREADY COMPETITIVE PRICES! Their Incredible 50 packs are EXACTLY the same price plus now, 20% off. And, on St. Patrick's Day, they will top it with another 5% if you wear green.I hope someone is reading this. You should NEVER go into a pot shop and get someone who is not kind.

I love this dispensary as it is the only one near my home in Loveland. I’ve been going there for a while now. However recently they hired someone named Laurie and every time I have interacted with her she is rude, frazzled, and doesn’t seem to know what she’s talking about it. I really like this place and I’d hate to see it go down hill with one bad egg, but it definitely makes me want to go here less.

So far from using the rec side I've had good success with the concentrates. I've only tried their $15 wax, sugar, and shatters and Ive noticed it definitely has been getting me high which is sometimes an issue for me because of high tolerance. Comparing it to the other places I buy for the same price the THC % is testing pretty high as well. At other places I was getting roughly 67% and up, and so far from here I have been getting stuff testing at 78% to 80% and up. I'll keep going here as long as I have no issues!
