The receptionist at this urgent care told me she could not verify my eligibility and that I had to pay out of pocket! I was told to call my insurance to see why she couldn't verify???Every doctors office should ve able to verify! I called my insurance and was told there has been no interruptions with my insurance and that no doctors office has called to verify eligibility since March. I called the urgent care and left a message with the receptionist to have a supervisor call me for this matter and I'm still waiting..... Never again will I use this urgent care!!
