I stopped by to follow up about a billing matter. The billing personnel were too busy and were supposed contact me when available. This did not happen. They are not willing to work with me on the change of insurance plan I underwent as a result of my change in military status. The healthcare advice was good. I wish I could provide a better review.

Took my girlfriend here before and she’s always had a good experience. I’ve had a lung infection of some sort. Figured I give it a shot but I’m also uninsured at the moment. Paid the $125 to see a doctor. Thought ok I can get some generic antibiotics. Nah. She basically said nothings wrong and I have anxiety. Though my lung is popping like there is fluid. She also said she didn’t hear any popping and only used the stethoscope on my back. I honestly couldn’t tell if she didn’t know what she was talking about or if she was overlooking me because I’m uninsured and there wasn’t money to be made. It’s the one with puffed up Botox in her face. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re not insured.

Great experience all around. When I cut my finger I knew right away I needed stitches. They got me in effortlessly, sewed up painlessly, and out efficiently. The front office receptionist also gave me some great tips to maximize my insurance benefits. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the professionalism of 8-2-8 urgent care. 5 stars for both the admin and medical teams!

The 828 Urgent care team is great. I came in with sea urchin spines in my foot. Lots of them. Talia was awesome and provided me terrific treatment. She was able to get out all the spines and took great care of me, dispite the difficulty of doing so. Very thankful to the whole 828 team, Talia and Aryicka were wonderful. Highly recommend!!

My family and I are from Canada we were visiting Legoland for my son’s birthday. And all the hustle and bustle of packing I mixed up pills and didn’t pack a very important medication for nerve pain from a spinal cord injury I had in 2014. We were turned away at a couple pharmacies and finally ended up here not only was the staff very helpful The doctor was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. I was extremely nervous because without that medication I have extreme pain and had found out it is actually considered a Schedule 1 narcotic in the US . Restrictions scared me. (I think that’s what it was). Not only did he calm me down but called around and got my medication for best price possible. I could go on and on but these ppl were godsends for me. I’ve read some bad reviews on here but I gotta say it was a great experience and everyone was polite. This coming from a Canadian. Again thankyou sooo much to the staff and Dr.

This place has an extremely rude receptionist. Rather than listening to patients she believes she knows better. They refused me care despite my insurance covering everything. I spoke with my insurance and they ensured that my insurance would work. The receptionist was to lazy to call and ask them. On top of this she tried to take my driver's license and insurance card from me requiring me to forcefully remove them from her.Do not come here, rude treatment!

The receptionist and nurse were very nice and professional. The office was clean. However, the young PA who saw me was extremely unprofessional. I am visiting from out of town and got a nasty sinus infection. The PA wanted to prescribe Augmentin. I have had Augmentin before and it gives me horrible gastrointestinal problems. Since I have a four hour flight tomorrow, this medication is not a good idea. I asked her to prescribe azithromycin because that is what has worked for me in the past without the horrible side effects. She told me that azithromycin is not indicated for sinus infection and is just a placebo. This is absolutely not true. I indicated that if she would not prescribe azithromycin that I would have to go elsewhere. She stormed out of the room like a child, yelling that I was being rude to her. I am a 59 year old retired medical professional and I have NEVER been treated with such condescending manner. Fortunately, she did prescribe the medication I wanted. I will never go back to this urgent care.

I love my family doctor. But when his office is closed I am so happy that 828 Urgent Care is available to me. I have been there probably 4 times in the last year and a half. I have vever been disappointed. I went in Saturday afternoon with a piece of glass lodged in the bottom of my foot.They were very friendly and saw me almost immediately. Talia Adams PA and her assistant Aericka (spelling may be wrong) were wonderful. So kind, thoughtful and professional. I was really afraid and they talked me through everything. Never did they rush me out. Aericka gave me a tetanus shot that I didn't even feel. I have never had a tetanus shot that didn't hurt. After xrays to find the glass, Talia got it out so fast. What a great team. I really appreciate them and will be back.

The receptionist at this urgent care told me she could not verify my eligibility and that I had to pay out of pocket! I was told to call my insurance to see why she couldn't verify???Every doctors office should ve able to verify! I called my insurance and was told there has been no interruptions with my insurance and that no doctors office has called to verify eligibility since March. I called the urgent care and left a message with the receptionist to have a supervisor call me for this matter and I'm still waiting..... Never again will I use this urgent care!!

The whole process of visiting this place took more than 2 hours. There weren’t that many people in the waiting area either. I just don’t feel they had a sense of urgency to see people quickly. The PA was thorough and understanding. The facility is nice and they cater to kids. However, the receptionist was not friendly or helpful. It was very frustrating and made me wish I had gone elsewhere.
