I have called this place several times only to be put on hold with waiting music for over 15 minutes with no one, ever answering. So then I decide to physically go to the place, and they would not even allow me to set an appointment. They told I would just have to keep calling. Well if this is any indication of the support staff and overall experience of living here, then this is probably a place that I do not want to live!
