Normally there on there game never had any problems dont want people to think this is how it always is. Hadnt been there since this pandemic started .Before that we were there every other week.The 2 ladys today were new to us. They didnt have answers for are questions and had deals up they didnt have anymore .Multiple people asked about the same deal and they didnt take the ad down.Also they did there personal transaction before the customers.Unprofessional!

Absolutely LOVE this dispensary. Its the first one my wife and I went to and we always make out way back. The customer service is fantastic and the store is always so well stocked and tidy. We came in today to a lovely woman at the counter. (didn't catch her name but I hope she sees this.) She was on top of every need we may have had and even suggested some great green we didn't even know existed! (Rolling some Pootie Tang as I type)

Place is pretty worn-down and scuzzy. Employees are rude and uneducated, barely knowing the difference between concentrate and bud. After buying what they said “was hash,” we got home only to find that it was just low quality wax. It’s unfortunate that dispensary’s nowadays don’t really care who they hire. Would not recommend to anyone, you have better chances buying under-the-table.

This is normally my go to and favorite place to shop and I always recommend them but today was my last day purchasing from the Antonio location. As I was standing in line a customer in front of me asked for a his medical/military discount ( he didn’t have his cards on him). They notified him that they couldn’t give him a discount without his cards (understandable and no biggie) but what really made me upset and disgusted with this place is one of the bud tenders started running his mouth (short, Hispanic looking male Normally wears a hat but he didn’t today believe he is from Alamosa area) and talking smack about the gentleman to ANOTHER CUSTOMER! We go into this shop to buy medicine not to be judged by the people who we confide in to help us. At this point I won’t be going there or recommending this shop to anyone anymore. It’s sad that one bad apple such as this bud tender makes the rest look bad.

What a change! Out right #1 Dispensary in Antonito to date! Literally, went to the other surrounding dispensaries and they didn't have any stock! Empty shelves? I had been to GWE b4 and had a terrible experience with one of the managers! BUT, since I didn't give up on them, I tried again a few day's ago! And, from now on this will be the place I stop to Shop! Awesome Variety Awesome prices!

1st, no apology after long wait at i.d. window. Nola thought it more important to joke with fellow employee. 2nd, rude, abrupt, inconsiderate answers to simple questions. 3rd, rudely stated "you're welcome" at end of transaction. Hey arrogant, narcissistic Nola. When a customer gives you $ and pays your wage you say thank you to them not the other way around. 4th, paid for 2 joints that weren't in bag. It's astonishing to me (and apparently others going by a number of recent reviews) what passes for customer service nowadays. Oh well, my business will go elsewhere.Update-after returning for the missing joints and being treated very well the matter has been resolved. 2 extra stars, thanks

I went here before and it was really good. Workers were friendly and they helped alot. Went here again.. and the lady there, was not so friendly. She talked to me like she didn't want to help me. She rolled her eyes when I asked her questions. Seriously?!?! I don't know if she is racist. Because she seemed to get along just fine with the others. I ain't coming to this place..EVER!

Huge selection! Most places I've visited had maybe 5 strains. There had to be at least 20 at this place! And the man who helped me took the time to get me exactly what I needed! I'll definitely be going back before we leave town! Thank you for the increadible experience!

Was in the store on 5/17/17 trying to find something to relieve pain and something to increase my appitite from busting my head open along with 8 stitches. Anyways the young man set me up on a different routeI normally take. Well the results help me in many ways. Forgot his name. But I think you remember me. Thumbs up to you.
