Feedback:

1st, no apology after long wait at i.d. window. Nola thought it more important to joke with fellow employee. 2nd, rude, abrupt, inconsiderate answers to simple questions. 3rd, rudely stated "you're welcome" at end of transaction. Hey arrogant, narcissistic Nola. When a customer gives you $ and pays your wage you say thank you to them not the other way around. 4th, paid for 2 joints that weren't in bag. It's astonishing to me (and apparently others going by a number of recent reviews) what passes for customer service nowadays. Oh well, my business will go elsewhere.Update-after returning for the missing joints and being treated very well the matter has been resolved. 2 extra stars, thanks
