Not sure if my friends and I missed the memo... we’re from Walla Walla & decided to stop by to check it out. However, I ended up leaving without anything bc the service was terrible. Parking was confusing, every single parking space is numbered & they say they are for curbside orders only. So my bf (who isn’t 21 & can’t go inside) parked in the empty gas station parking lot in front of the store and dropped me off. Upon walking up, the employee told us that he can’t park there & he needs to park in the parking lot. We apologized & said we misunderstood & thought that it was for online orders only. He didn’t say anything. They were only allowing 1 person in at a time, (even tho there were others inside at this point) so my friends had to stay behind. While I was getting my ID checked I called my bf to tell Him to move his car. Then, the guy behind the counter told me that if I was going to use my phone I needed to get out of line and go to the lobby?! I would totally understand him if there has been a bunch of people behind me but there wasn’t. I had been so flustered I just walked out embarrassed. I was just trying to tell my bf to move his car like the previous employee said. Not sure if it’s kind of an unsaid rule to place your order online or what. However, the employees were rude & it was a waste of time.

Order online just before you go (during covid19). It's much faster and safer. Beware: if you order too early they can run of whatever you ordered. For example: if you order before work in the morning or the night before, then pick up after work, then you might have to make a different choice when you arrive. This was my first time here. The staff is really on it! Both people I dealt with were excellent at what they do. Just wish the patrons waiting outside would follow their directions for safety and wear masks inside and out of the building as we're close together. We're the last county in Washington to move to second phase because so many people are inconsiderate and disrespectful of others by not following COVID19 guidelines. Come on tri-cities, let's do our part to get back to our lives!

I bought an oz of kouchlock production's presedential kush yesterday and for 150$it was stems and leaf and the bud was so dry like hay .And if I could have seen it before I bought it I definitely wouldn't have left with that .it was harsh .horribly manicured and just left me feeling like that was a bad represtation of your meds .that was definitely not even mid grade.

Very upset with the service I experienced today. I did online ordering with curbside pickup as to not go inside the store. My order was switched after I’d already paid and I did not receive the correct item. I was told it was indeed a green2go employee’s fault but they can not exchange. I was told I would have to go inside to handle it after that. I specifically did curb side pick up so I would not have to be around people! I asked for a discount to “make it right” they said best they could do is give me points for a future discount. I do not think I will be returning.

As it sits right now never had real problem with them except I ordered with my wife 3hr's ago we live in Oregon instead of going to Pendleton we go here it's nicer but maybe no more my wife has been sitting curbeside for 2 hrs. We have an infant and were not sure if we could take him not 21 so she's alone there waiting what's the point in ordering early we come weekly and do not a huge amount but enouph business this is ridiculous but as angry as I am the place is good very good think that should definitely email or text my wife an appology for sure

I am not a fan of monopoly, the board game or the company green 2 go.As soon as another opportunity opens up you will lose your business. You have fostered resentment.Have a nice day :)

Overpriced. Long waits. Limited selection. Too far from everything. Owned by a politician that uses his status to keep other dispensaries from being able to open.I'll never do business with them ever again.

Staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. This place is dog friendly. Green2go has a large selection of many products from flower, edibles to waxes. I’m not to familiar with all they sell but from the products purchased I must say are very delicious. Also always remember to tip your bud tender as it is well deserved.

Worst dispo in America. So rude and they think they are better then everyone. The owners brag about being so rich and they also bragged in the interview I went to that they were smart to be on the pro mayor team so they could have the monopoly and the control legally. They have been audited by the government as well for not doing the right thing. They treat war Vets especially worst and have the rudest employees. Everyone I talk to says they have had an awful experience.

Super cool shop, I’m from Oregon but Washington dispos never disappoint. Have everything you could want. I’m in the industry and love seeing different shops in new places that I go, weird that this is the only spot in tri cities but definitively have everything you need. Should of grabbed homies name but Asian budtender dude was super cool also
