Feedback:

Not sure if my friends and I missed the memo... we’re from Walla Walla & decided to stop by to check it out. However, I ended up leaving without anything bc the service was terrible. Parking was confusing, every single parking space is numbered & they say they are for curbside orders only. So my bf (who isn’t 21 & can’t go inside) parked in the empty gas station parking lot in front of the store and dropped me off. Upon walking up, the employee told us that he can’t park there & he needs to park in the parking lot. We apologized & said we misunderstood & thought that it was for online orders only. He didn’t say anything. They were only allowing 1 person in at a time, (even tho there were others inside at this point) so my friends had to stay behind. While I was getting my ID checked I called my bf to tell Him to move his car. Then, the guy behind the counter told me that if I was going to use my phone I needed to get out of line and go to the lobby?! I would totally understand him if there has been a bunch of people behind me but there wasn’t. I had been so flustered I just walked out embarrassed. I was just trying to tell my bf to move his car like the previous employee said. Not sure if it’s kind of an unsaid rule to place your order online or what. However, the employees were rude & it was a waste of time.
