Why do people like this place? I find seeds in every container I receive. Its so expensive. The prices are always different! am asked every time I check out if this is the first time I’m coming, even when I’ve been here many times - my info is always written incorrect. I placed an online pick up order because I thought it would be faster.. got the text that it was ready and when I got here I waited THIRTY minutes in line just for the guy to pack up my order in front of me? Ridiculous.

I went in for a very small purchase, as I recently moved into the neighborhood and spent all my $ on rent and deposit. Not only did they hook it up, but were incredibly courteous about it. On top of it all, the flower was as simultaneously tasty and frosty as possible. This is my new dispensary, and it will be yours as well after your first visit 💚

i only rated this a 5 so more people will see this. honestly, the pricing is too high for the quality of weed you get. the silver tear is close to “reggie” or “brick” quality in my opinion. i’ve gotten way better bud for way better pricing at other places. the people that work there are amazing though and they give a discount if you live in the neighborhood. this was my first time going there but it will probably be my last.also i just went through a bunch of reviews and some of the 5 star reviews here are obviously fake. they say the exact same thing from different accounts. like someone is making fake accounts then copy and pasting a review to make this dispensary look better. i DEFINITELY won’t be going back now.

I came in yesterday to buy a replacement pipe for my boyfriend for Christmas. He wanted a specific Grav Lab white sherlock. I used to go to this dispensary all the time but I moved recently, so it was a little out of the way, no biggie. But I have NEVER recieved such poor service at a dispensary. First of all, the girl working the front was extremely rude to the both of us. Then when I was invited to the back room by her, it took about five minutes for any of the budtenders to acknowledge me. I would have bought flower too, but like I said no one was offering me any service so I just paid for the pipe. Then it took about 5-10 more minutes of me standing there for a third person to grab the wrong pipe, then when I requested she ask boyfriend in the waiting room if he would prefer that one over the one we came for, she completely ignored my request and just said there would "probably be a price difference" (which I wouldn't have minded paying more but they didn't give me the option) and then it took her another 5-10 minutes to go in the back while I waited for her to wrap up the pipe. And to add insult to injury she said she threw in a free grinder, which was a dinky red plastic thing I wouldn't even dain to regift to someone I dislike.Don't go to this dispensary, there are *literally* hundreds of others that offer better service.

Absolutely rude staff and poor selection with lots of items out of stock. Staff accused a young woman of stealing, threatened to call the police on her did not apologize for the mistake after realizing she hasn't taken anything. Staff was unwilling to discuss products at any length and could not tell customers what ingredients were in their products. Overall a pathetic attempt at a dispensary, I suggest taking your business literally anywhere else.

This is by far my favorite dispensary in the Denver area! Their stellar customer service is surpassed only by the quality/variety of their products. From concentrates to flower to cartridge's to CBD groundswell has the best of the best. I would highly recommend the joining their rewards program as it is by far the best loyalty program I have seen. TEN THUMBS UP!!!!!!!!!!!

Alarm goes off repetitively overnight, and keeps going. Wakes up &keeps up people nearby (I live in one of the nearby houses). It's happened repetitively. I've contacted them and been told that they have the access to receive notifications on their phones and shut off the siren portion remotely, but as far as I can tell, they don't use it. The alarm is a nuisance to the neighborhood.

Very satisfied with my first couple experiences at GroundSwell. The boutique feel of the place is great for providing education, when you need a couple questions answered. I’ve worked with Yehuda both times I’ve been in, and he helped me with my PAX cartridge purchase. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend GroundSwell to other cannabis users.

I work across the street from this dispensary and even though I have had several bad experiences here I keep trying because of its convenience. Fact of the matter is that the wait times are the worst I have experienced at a dispensary and they usually dont have what you're looking for. You want cheeba chews....well guess what? They are out. After you wait for 20 minutes they don't have what you want. No thanks.... I will take my business to any other shop who has what you want with very minimal wait times.

What a wonderful shop -- everyone who works there goes out of their way to be helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I have gone to both their med and rec sides, and have had the same positive experience in both. Prices are excellent, parking is good, shop is Accessible (wheelchair), and GORGEOUS + clean -- feels very trustworthy (which you want if you're ingesting a product!). It is worth the drive, absolutely. Would highly recommend.
