I came in yesterday to buy a replacement pipe for my boyfriend for Christmas. He wanted a specific Grav Lab white sherlock. I used to go to this dispensary all the time but I moved recently, so it was a little out of the way, no biggie. But I have NEVER recieved such poor service at a dispensary. First of all, the girl working the front was extremely rude to the both of us. Then when I was invited to the back room by her, it took about five minutes for any of the budtenders to acknowledge me. I would have bought flower too, but like I said no one was offering me any service so I just paid for the pipe. Then it took about 5-10 more minutes of me standing there for a third person to grab the wrong pipe, then when I requested she ask boyfriend in the waiting room if he would prefer that one over the one we came for, she completely ignored my request and just said there would "probably be a price difference" (which I wouldn't have minded paying more but they didn't give me the option) and then it took her another 5-10 minutes to go in the back while I waited for her to wrap up the pipe. And to add insult to injury she said she threw in a free grinder, which was a dinky red plastic thing I wouldn't even dain to regift to someone I dislike.Don't go to this dispensary, there are *literally* hundreds of others that offer better service.
