This is would be one of the best gyms in LA but the water fountains in this gym are disgusting. They are constantly overflowing with disgusting water and now the water coming out of it is so cloudy that you can’t see through it.When I tried to complain to the night staff, he thought I was lying and tried to say it was something in my water bottle made it cloudy. I only only water put water in this bottle. Water that I fill up at this gym every day. This water situation needs to be taken care of. I guarantee this isn’t up to health code.

I’ve been going to gyms most of my life. People go to workout! And shouldn’t be shamed on for sweating and working out. It’s a small gym and gets crowded but the staff is super awesome and friendly and it’s 24 hours so you can beat the crowd anytime you want. And it’s fully equipped with everything you need for a serious no bs workout.

This gym has seen better days. When I arrived, the first thing I notice was the smell. It smells like B.O. and rust so much that, my allergies flared up and I couldn't stop sneezing. Even though they do have gym equipment that Is functional and practical than the new 24 hour in mission hills. It is worn down to the bone, the free weights are worn down, they are missing a lot of the attachments to use the free cable machines. The company needs to invest in this gym pronto!

I never write reviews..this is my first online review ..i am 24 hour fitness member last one year..used to have LA fitness ..switched to 24 hour as it is little closer to house..couple of days back went to 24 fitness ..parked my car right in front of fitness center ,when i came back after 90 mins or so, some one broke my car window and stole every thing in the car..front desk or manager Anthony was no help at all.. he is so rude and has no concern to help me in any way..on the other hand he says it is public parking(where there is only 24 hour fitness in that premises) and they r not responsible for it...now i lost money to fix the car and scared to even step out of the house or go to gym...stuck with this fitness for another year as i paid for 2 years..not sure what do to...please think before you consider this fitness...

I was in the gym for 2 years and a few months ago I renewed my membership for 2 more years. Unfortunately, since a few months ago in the back of the gym, people living in their cars. I had not paid so much attention to this, because I had not had no negative encounter with them. but A few days ago I saw that one of the spaces was available in the back and so that my vehicle there is a place where I left it before but after these people took possession of the space. One night I saw the space available and decided to park my vehicle there when I tried to get out of the car to go to the gym. This person arrived in his vehicle. They were very aggressive people who started verbally assaulting me They are people who at first glance are aware that they use drugs, I do not know if they had any knife or knife so I immediately went to the gym and told the front person what had happened and this person unfortunately he did nothing it is unfortunate that such violent people are living in their vehicles there one runs a risk and also the properties of one since we do not know if they are thieves if they are drug addicts if they are alcoholics or simply people with mental deficiencies

I would also give it a zero if I could. I won't be so nice. My complaint in particular is about the guest policy. I visited the facility with my sister and was told "Yes. Your sister is allowed to have a guest. You can only visit for free once a year, etc..." No problem, right? Wrong!!!!! As I showed my ID... "Wait! You don't live in the area. Well...". And you know how the story goes. It isn't that I am against paying $15 for a workout. My health is with more than $15. It's the principal of the matter. The associate should not have committed a "yes" to the guest pass until she further clarified this ridiculous policy. Apparently, there is an x-mile radius that allows one to be a non-paying guest on a first time visit. If you are outside of this radius then you have to pay. $15 bucks is a bit steep considering I was visiting with a monthly paying member (my sister). However, the policy is the policy. i sat in the lobby and refused to pay, mainly because I was told that I could visit the gym for free and the free pass was only available once a year. The story switched up and due to the way the situation was handled they didn't deserve my $15. When I talked to management his response "it wouldn't be fair if I allowed you to go in and not others...". My response " I don't care about fairness. I'm asking about accessing the gym after 8 hours of travel and I was told that I could be a guest UNTIL my ID was shown". "His response. Sorry!" I was once a member of 24 hour fitness and this experience reminds me of why I left it and NEVER went back. Get this... I decided not to disrupt my sister and ask for her keys as she was already running late for her Zumba class. So I sat out front and when I asked the same associate if it was okay for me to use the restroom... "No. Sorry." I mean I do get keeping a facility safe, etc. I do. And yet I traveled to the gym with my sister and was denied working out... can I at least use the restroom while I wait?!?!? Never again... please if you want to get serious about supporting an org that does the right thing I say join the Y. It may cost a bit more, but they are in it for all of the right reasons... And you get three free passes per month without the silly restrictions of who uses them. Hell, you can resurrect an ancestor and bring them to the gym if you want. Avoid 24 hours corporate mentality!

Came for 24 HOUR FITNESS. Like, 24 hour access. Early in morning, men's locker room was closed 40 minutes because janitor woman was cleaning the locker room, and apparently terrified of men. Huge interruption, no restroom access, no putting things in locker... outrageous. UPDATE - Seems to be just one staff member guy who kicks everyone out. When he not working, it's fine. Added a star. Locker rooms not very nice, no towel hangers, no shelves like at the better 24 hour gym.

The location of this facility does NOT match its quality! Located in the nice suburbs of the Santa Clarita Valley is this dirty fitness facility that I leave and go straight home to the shower every time! (Needless to say, I've stopped going to this lcoation.) Almost every weight machine is missing stickers to tell you what weight your choosing, defeating the purpose of said machine. ALL of the elliptical machines are nasty dirty where you put your feet, and yes I understand shoes are not clean, however I've NEVER seen another 24HR near as dirty as this ONE! Wish I could just cancel my membership! What a waste of money! For being the only large scale 24HR gym in the entire valley, what a let down!!!

Don't really hav any interaction with employees except at check in. They always seem pleasant.Biggest problems are they have not helped users of a gym learn common courtesys. Wipe down equipment after use. Do not leave free weights on machines. People leave 10 wheels (45lb weights) and walk away, then a senior citizen comes by and has to remove weights if he/she wants to use the machine. The management of this gym should be fired and replaced by someone that knows how a gym should operate and have the strength of character to develop common courtesy rules and ENSURE STAFF GETS FROM BEHIND COUNTER AN ENFORCE THE RULES.
