Feedback:
The facility is always dirty and there is never anyone cleaning ever . The showers have things from days laying in them . There is nothing to spray down the machines to clean them yourself. At the towel dispensers there are towels and trash laying all over the place . I have never seen a worker wiping ANYTHING down ever . As much as members pay a month things should be taken care of better . The workers have plenty of time to stand around and talk but not clean . I am specifically talking about the Northridge location .

Vanessa at the front desk was VERY RUDE AND NASTY ACTING. When asked for her name and id number from corporate she told me "no, she's not giving me that information". I then asked what's the managers name, she told me "go upstairs and look for them". Very unprofessional, other workers and the rep on the phone had to apologize for her actions. Other than that the facility was clean and up to date. There is a sign about the elevator not working due to the construction so that's understandable. Might try this gym again but Vanessa needs some type of customer service training!!

This 24 hour is honestly the best, great staff, amazing energy, and outstanding costumer service. The staff has always been willing to offer advice on working out when needed and is amazingly adept in a multitude of areas. I used to be nearly 260lbs and on the verge of going into diabetes, but now I’m resting at a cool 215lbs and feeling way better about life over all! Shayna,Ramses,Andros,Joesph,Mike, Anakela, Alex, Vannnesa, Zach, Andy and Isaiah are all the sweetest and most amazing people you’ll ever be able to meet! 10/10 will always recommend!💯♥️✨ I can’t think of a gym I’d rather be. ❌Planet Fitness❌Crunch❌LAFitness❌

I had been a member here since they opened up. I like the hours and classes they offer but every year my membership kept going up. They removed towel service, sometimes machines are faulty for a long period of time. I hate that they have 0 punching bags or any boxing equipment like every other gym does. I kept getting an email to update my billing but im not interested in going back and working out there so i opted to go elsewhere.

It was agreed and totally fine by sale representative.The next month all of our 4 memberships were charged from my friends account which I felt very uncomfortable with and had to pay them back in cash.My friend contacted the billing explains the issue, they said no problem you can do that but we will need the owner of the account credit card again just to confirm that he agrees to that.So, the next day I called to provide my info and couldn’t read my c.c. since I was driving.I asked the representative over the phone if I can just do that at the front desk at the gym when I go there and he said sure no problem.Today I stopped by at the front desk, I explained my story, the lady at the front (assistant manager) told me that I can’t do that and all of our 4 memberships needs to be charged from one card (no matter who’s) according to they memberships policy.I told her that earlier we spoke with 2 different people who said we can do that. Long story short, we ended up canceling their 2 accounts. After that I called the billing again just to understand whose lack of knowledge is here, he told me over the phone that I can do that and split the payments but I will still be responsible for them so in case if they miss a payment the owner of the account will have to cover it - which is totally fine with but again, the lady at the front never explained that to me!!So I spoke with 4 different people at 24 hour fitness with 3 different opinions ... is that normal? You just lost 2 customers...sadly, because we liked the gym. Maybe the employees at LA Fitness will have a good training and one opinion, we will give it a try.

If you want a club where the staff cares nothing about the patrons this is the club for you. If you want to occupy machines as a place to sit and text, look no further. And after you time texting take a refreshing shower, soak up various types of fungus even bring them home with you.The question is am I being serious or not? I AM ! THIS PLACE IS A SEWER.

When I signed up for membership, I was told unequivocally that at any time I could freeze my account (for family reasons I cannot use the membership all year long) without incurring any monthly cost. I caught some withdrawals from my bank account and found out that there was a $12/account (2 accounts totaling $24) being withdrawn from my account. This is an extremely underhanded practice. After speaking to the corporate customer support rep, it was clear that some reasons for freezing an account don't incur a cost while others do. I was never provided this information by this gym. These hidden charges are probably the worst kind of business practice you can engage in. Absolutely horrendous! Unforgivable! The gym's not bad. If you're willing to watch and guard your bank account like a hawk and fight potentially illicit charges, feel free to sign up. I'll be cancelling my membership in favor of their competitor.

One of the worse gyms I’ve been in. Been here a few times and the weights at never put back where they go. You have to walk around the entire gym to find the dumbbells you need and when finally do, they’re all mixed matched with completely different handles.This could be a great gym if the equipment was maintained.

This would be a very solid facility if not for some key failures. Poor equipment maintenance, with many machines broken for months. Locker room and shower areas filthy beyond reason much of the time. Paper towels for cleaning equipment after use often empty. Cloth towel service has been discontinued and yet my contractual membership is still the same cost. A little bit of research indicates that 24 HR Fitness is rolling this out across the country. Not good, you all are likely going to face lawsuits if you don't bring that back or actively address it with your members.

Worst experience ever in a gym. I called before getting to the gym asking about the 3 days free pass. They give it to people who want to try the gym and check it out. When I got there after and going through the whole process of registering there, was this rude manager. She said I’d have to pay $25 either way. All that time wasted for nothing.
