Poor customer service. Refusing to take defective North Face merchandise back. We asked for a replacement of the defective item, and they could not provide a replacement, so we simply asked for a refund. I thought North Face stood by their quality but their $120 wool shirts ripped after only about 10 wears. Brianna, the condescending and rude manager, refused to help, wouldn't look up transaction information. She outright lies that she cannot find transactions. Tried to give us less than our purchase price back, and treated my wife like a criminal. NOT SMART, NORTH FACE. You just alienated a family that routinely spends $4000+ a year on ski/outdoor and cold weather gear. Disappointed you guys don't stand by your products. Furthermore, this horrid manager Brianna actually had the nerve to force my wife to find the store location we purchased from in Park City, UT instead of doing it herself, since we had transaction ID's and date. Corporate should be embarrassed they employ a poor manager like this, and that their stores don't stand by these fraudulent "lifetime warranty" on their gear. Yeah, right, didn't even last 90 days without a tear. BUYERS BEWARE!
