This location seriously needs better management and staff training. I got accidentally charged for my item when I came in for a return. I called the store 4 times and spoke with 3 different people (including the manager and assistant manager) and waited 2 weeks to get the issue fixed. No initiative nor accountability was taken by the staff at TNF South Coast. I literally had to raise my voice + file a dispute with my bank before I was reimbursed. Throughout my many interactions with multiple staff at TNF South Coast, I did not once feel like anyone was addressing my issue (they brushed it off) nor were apologetic. Instead I got excuse after excuse. I am never returning to this store and I will not be purchasing another TNF item due to this interaction, which is a shame because I've been a long time customer.
